A list of puns related to "California coastal prairie"
Store your shiny on a boat off the coast of Tonga, they said. Nice quiet place...nothing bad ever happens there, they said.
A Tsunami has struck the West Coast of the United States, with 4ft waves causing flooding in California with the worst of the devastation still yet to arrive, experts fear.
A warning for Hawaii and the Pacific seabord was issued earlier today afterΒ an undersea volcanic eruption near Tonga triggered aΒ a 7.4 magnitude earthquake.
Please excuse the quality. I didn't bring a "good" camera (just my Samsung smartphone). However, the trails along the Pacific coast in the Bay Area offer some wonderful views.

βοΈHey guys, howβs it going? Hope all is well (;
βοΈI (M21) am thinking of moving to the Pacific Northwest from California, tentatively in March of 2022. Not to the bigger cities like Seattle, Portland, Vancouver, Tacoma, but rather, my hope is to move to one of the more lesser known small towns close to the coast (or at least close to some significant body of water).
βοΈNow, I know the that the PNW coastal towns donβt have many jobs nor extensive urban amenities nor are they exactly hubs of economic or cosmopolitan activity.
βοΈBut truthfully, Iβm not looking for a big career boost (not now, anyway), just a simple job that pays the bills while I spend my free time volunteering, getting to know the community, exercising, meditating among nature, doing teletherapy, taking online courses, reading, learning languages like Mirandese, and improving my home cooking skills.
βοΈAn environment that matches the vibes of this unreleased song: https://youtu.be/Iorgd04BYLg
βοΈIn essence, I hope to leave behind all the past personal turmoil here in California and move to a quirky place with an abundance of nature and water, the type of environment conducive to introspection, personal growth, adaptability, dreaming and sketching a blueprint for the future.
βοΈAffordability and walkability are among the two most important factors for me. In terms of affordability, I hope to find a small room for around $500 or $600 or share a living space with roommates. In terms of walkability, I donβt have a car (not even a drivers license), are there any PNW coastal towns where I can find an affordable living space and realistically get around on foot/by bus/or with a (human powered) bicycle/scooter?
βοΈThe top communities that Iβm contemplating moving to are Long Beach (WA), Astoria (OR), Longview (WA), and Cannon Beach (OR), Port Angeles (WA). If anyone has been or lived in these places, Iβd love to hear about your experiences there.
βοΈAny recommendations? Iβm open to all suggestions (including locations outside the PNW)
βοΈThank you in advance for reading my post, may sunshine bless your day.
I have to drive from la to San Francisco and concerned about how heavy the rain will ever. Outside the hour by hour how can I get a gauge of how rainy that drive will be?
