Question says it all.
Bodega cats are essential workers and I will fight anybody that argues otherwise. They keep mice and rats off premises for the numerous businesses that they work in. I can’t wrap my mind around how a single, or two, cat(s) can be worse than rats and mice. Rat and mice feces is dangerous to sweep when dry because bits of it get aerosolized. They carry diseases and lice and fleas. These mfs chopping it up in sewer water and fighting the green goblin in the MTA pipes.
What gives?
I just arrived here this morning, I'm staying in Manhattan. This is also my first visit, I lost my 10 year old cat a month ago and I'm still very sad about it. Seeing cats cheers me up so I was hoping to see a bodega cat and support the bodega too of course. Would love some suggestions about where to go.
