A list of puns related to "Bark scale"
Hey everyone got two up today and a Scale.

Bark River Bravo 1: This has never been used just admired. Purple and Gold Elder Burl handles and factory sharp edge. Comes with Sheath and original packaging. A- $265
New ZT 0562 RC Bladeworks Maroon linen micarta scale. $45 SOLD
Howdy, I'm in North Texas. I've been dealing with bark scale on my crape myrtles for 5 or 6 years now. My double whammy treatments of a systemic treatment in early spring and insecticide in May have worked in the past for most of my crape myrtle varieties (Natchez, Red Rocket, Delta Blush) - they only needed application once 3 years ago.
My Black Diamonds? Totally different story. I feel like this variety never thrives. They don't grow well and they're always coming down with bark scale every other year. I'm worried for my other specimens. I'm tempted to just dig them up at this point!
Does anyone have any advice or feedback? Anyone else notice this?

First up is a Bark River Bravo 1 LT in Cruwear and Natural Canvas Micarta Matte. Lightly used. Very good condition, just some very small marks on the blade which I tried to capture in the photos (B/B+). Sheath has been treated. Includes original box. I'd like $200. SOLD Photos
Next up is a ZT0562CF. This is the version in CTS-204P. It has been lightly used, but other than benefiting from a light stropping its in very good condition (probably B/B-). The last owner added the mirror polished edge. Not much else to say, it has deceptively great ergos, is beefy without being a boat anchor, has a great action and just all around one of ZT's best knives in my opinion. I'd LIKE SOLD $180. Photos
Next is a Cold Steel Code 4 in XHP steel. Only very lightly used, probably B+ condition. One of the best carrying knives Cold Steel has made. It's remarkably thin, but still comfortable to use. Bonus: it doesn't have the cheese-grater G10 like most of their knives, so your jeans will thank you! I'm looking for $75. Photos
Next is a Civivi McKenna. This is the black G10/D2 version. It's been carried but n
Selling a good chunk of my collection. These have all been stored in a pelican case, and I am the first owner of all except for the Olamic Swish. Anyone interested should feel free to contact me with questions. NO TRADES please - I really need the money currently, as I have an upcoming move in 6 weeks.

1.) 58mw GREEN Laser pointer [B] - I thought I'd use this for pointing out beta (the next move) on climbing routes, or a cat toy. NOPE haha. It's insanely powerful compared to anything I've seen. You can see the beam during cloudy daylight easily, and at night I think you could shine it on anything you see. Not a toy. I'll throw in 2 sets of batteries. It's comes with the original case and test sheet, confirming power output. I've played around with it over a couple years - small amount of wear on textured rubber. I paid about $80 for it. SOLD
2.) Bark River Lil' Carver - 1st production run [B] - Sweet little wharncliffe! Bamboo scales with green liners, brass pins. Super sharp and nicely balanced necker/pocket fixie. Discontinued and 1st production!! Some very light scuffing from stropping, but hasn't been used to cut more than paper or open a package. CPM3v steel. Comes with shown bark river sheathe. SV $150 $135 SOLD
3.) Fox Suru Bronze CF/Bronze Hardware [A] - One of the coolest small flippers out there IMO. Very nice ergonomics and size. Action is snappy and the knife is beautiful. M390 Steel. Ships with original box. SV $185 SOLD (185)
4.) ZT 0850 Blue Carbon [A] - Superb knife holy crap!! Little to big for me, but I can't dislike anything about it. Super sexy, lightweight, great ergos, and it WAVE OPENS so easily with the large thumb studs. Opens with authority and drops shut. 20cv steel and ships in box. SV $190 $180
5.) Fiddleback Forge Hiking Buddy [B+] - Incredibly lovely knife. It was the first custom I purchased years back, and is going to be quite rare at this point. Spearmint Jade G10 scales with black/white liners. It is seriously gorgeous. Stamp on spine from Andy Roy. I stropped this one a few times, and you can tell lightly on one side, but not able to capture in pics. Comes with original black leather sheathe. A2 Steel with tapered tang. SV $290 $270
6.) Olamic Swish #279 [B+] - My first O

bark river kitsune cpm154 sunfire dragon scale orange liners brass bolster pin (B) SOLD SV/260
This thing is dope and I was going to use it for an edc fixie but I got a playge skeletal and thatβs winning. Handles look amazing and even better in direct sunlight. Itβs cloudy here so couldnβt get a good one today. Brass bolsters and pins, 1st production run and orange liners. The cpm154 tanto blade is crazy and has a really slicey and tough edge. Thereβs some good testing videos on YouTube. I believe itβs the factory edge. Comes with leather sheath that I stored it in but did not carry. Comes with box and papers. Also armatus carry can do an architect sheath if you contact him.
Rike knife 802g black g10 (C) SV/80
This knife is a great value, as are most Rike knives. Black g10 showscale that does have some scratching, black ti lock side and blackwash/dlc? 154cm blade with a decent edge. Action is great and shakes shut. Lockup is a little late sometimes if you blast it out. No box or anything with this bad boi.

Personal Comments
I hope everyone watched the Mike Stewart video, those are one of my favorite things about Bark River. It shows the passion and attention to detail put into this release.
It is time to move on from my favorite production fixed blade, my Sunburst Dragon Scale Kitsune. Only a few of these dragon scale handles were made and frankly most of the other color combinations were awful, the red/orange was by far the best.
I was F5ing right at release in order to get this specific knife, it has been the centerpiece of my main display in my living room since I got it.
I can't recommend the Kitsune enough, Bark River makes great knives but this is a league above their other releases.
Ergos are perfect, sheath can be worn multiple ways and has excellent retention (I owned two Kitsune's, my other one I tested in the sheath). Great size for EDC, great size for light bushcrafting, absolutely gorgeous handle that looks completely different in sunlight vs shade.
If you don't like fixed blades this knife will convert you. It's just a joy to handle and I imagine would be a joy to use.
MSRP: $399.95 (Per the box)
Asking Price: $295 TRADED
Note: I won't be dropping this price. I feel this is fair given the quality and rarity, and I am in no rush to sell this knife.
