A friend of mine has been searching for the song in a clip he got for ages and we've tried just about everything from music finding services to googling the lyrics. We are at an absolute dead end with this thing. I have the clip for those interested in helping.

I'm trying to expand my workout playlist and love music that has an almost angry or dark beat but has a motivational message behind it. I know that sounds obscure, so think of it as a song that could play during a redemption montage in an action or sports movie as the protagonist prepares for the final showdown.
Maybe this will be a tricky one, as it is a heavily sampled song.
All I remember is that it samples Sister Nancy's "Bam Bam"'s chorus vocals, but possibly slightly sped up, with the pitch slightly increased. I definitely feel it had a more modern dancehall rhythm to it. I'm sorry, but I don't remember more than that.
I have checked whosampledit, google, everything. I can't find it. It's not Major Lazer, apparently, or in the very least not Sound Bang (although I absolutely adore that tune). I can't rule out it being a b-side or a snippet played during a mix, or something like that.
It's driving me absolutely nuts. Please, please help!
There is a guitar lick in there that I know a hip hop artist used but not one big enough to make it into who sampled but when I say this is nagging me. There is a Black singer that had a minor achy-breaky hit with the guitar lick at the very beginning of the song.

Apprently I have an attachment disorder from my childhood. I have a low tolerance for any stress related to people I love, and I have depression.

I asked my therapist if he thinks Iβm unfit as a mother, but he doesnβt think that at all. Weβre looking into a 3-10 day stay at a great clinic for depression and attachment distorders in grown ups. Iβll go once I stop breastfeeding.
Apparently you can be depressed AND a good mother at the same time. I need to get used to that idea.
Are there anyone else here with depression and/or attachment disorder that really flared up once they became a parent?

Hello! Iβd greatly appreciate some help finding this song. I found it on iTunes sometime between 2015-2017 I believe, it was near the top of their international music charts at the time. Itβs either a cover of Bam Bam or samples some of the lyrics (some but I donβt think all of the lyrics are the same). The cover artist is Jamaican, I believe itβs two men and both are pictured on the album cover. The one on the left is wearing purple and has dreadlocks.
Tbh I have no idea how I canβt find this song, it seems like a pretty straightforward search but I canβt remember the title or who itβs by.
