I saw some comments earlier against your religion and they reminded me how people in the west treat my religion - they push false or exaggerated claims about it or judge it by it's worst members. I guess the way Christians and others have treated me for my religion has made me feel some solidarity with you guys.
Every Muslim I've every met was a kind, helpful person. I know it feels like the world hates both of us, so I just wanted to share some love.
18 year old saints fan here just been a general fan for most of my life. Took after my family. Started getting into football deeper past 2 years or so. My boyfriend is a vikings fan and hates them and he wouldnโt tell me why so now iโm here.
Not that we should hear anymore from these two criticising anybody elseโs moral choices as they have lost all credibility, with Meghan proving to have lied in deposition amongst many other revelations. But it just irks me to think how little they thought about Prince Phillip as he lay dying during their tell-all while they bitched about everyone except the most vile of them all. Itโs common knowledge how close Harry was to Andrew so itโs obvious they put blinders on when it suits. Everything they have done was to hurt HMTQ who did not deserve it. You know what? I wouldnโt accept MM either if she married into my family (thatโs based on knowing what we know now). Yet who walked her down the aisle after she rejected her own father? Prince Charles, the first in line to the throne! Her ingratitude is the most telling of all about her true nature. Entitlement, self-righteousness and ingratitude are the characteristics that keep the saints together.
Welcome back Punt Fans, to your weekly instalment of punting stats and analysis, and the best and worst clips from the last week of action as we continue our fabled hunt for the King of Punt โ itโs /r/NFLโs own Punt Rank. If you havenโt been here with me before, the concept is both simple and fantastically over-engineered. Lemme break it down:
Punt Heroes rise to the top; Punt Zeros sink to the bottom. Last weekโs post and Week 4 standings are available here for the archivists, and this weekโs update is just moments away.
Iโm always excited to get your perspectives on your teamโs punter, so please hit the comments below with your feedback and questions, as well as pointing out anything you think I missed.
Week 4โs shout out goes to /u/Entasis_ who correctly identified that Joseph Charltonโs Week 1 punt on 4th and 6 for the Panthers from the Jets 33 was the shortest punt attempted this year to date in terms of Available Field. And netting just 18 yards (55% of AF), you really have to wonder: why?
A hat tip must also go to /u/Moruitelda and /u/Liam90 who formed an impressive rulebook coalition to correct my misinterpretations of impetus, and very earnestly explain why Phantom Touchback was in fact correctly ruled a touchback. I mean this in the best way: if you need some dudes to get up โn pedantic about some shit then these are your fellas.
And now, on to Week 5!
2021 Punt Rank Overall Standings - Week 5
Week 5 Punt Performance Summary
Blake Gillikin (NO, +14 to #16). Thereโs a lot to process when you take over for a 12-year veteran and four time 1st Team All-Pro who was responsible for [one of the best Special Teams plays in Super Bowl history], so you can appreciate it took a few weeks for sophomore punter Blake Gillikin to settle into things. But this weekโฆ this week he looked pretty settled. Gillikinโs **five punt, 51.8
