I have done my best to break this information down to a snot bubble blowing education level, but I needed to learn a lot of information to put this all together. Most items you may be unfamiliar with will have an ELI5 within the post to the best of my ability. *Long Post Warning
TL;DR
The (Collateralized Loan Obligation) CLO market exploded with activity this year. As has Shitadel’s exposure as an obligor (debtor/borrower) in the CLO market. CLOs are a form of Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO). You know, the bad things from 2008. The banks are divvying up Shitadel’s leveraged loans (among many other corporate loans) and selling them to CLO Managers whose investors (other banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, mutual funds, ETFs, private funds, pension funds, etc.) invest in the loans through securitization. Securitization regarding a CLO is the pooling of 150-200 leveraged corporate loans into a single Asset Backed Security (ABS). This process reduces exposure to the banks who initiated the loan and allows them to remove most of the loan from their balance sheet… Good for them. Better yet, Banks aren’t even required to report their CLO information. Mutual funds, pension funds, and ETFs also are directly investing in portions of the loans themselves through syndication as well. Syndication is a loan being arranged by a group of lenders instead of one single lender.
In the event When Shitadel defaults on these loans, the mutual funds, pension funds, ETFs, and other entities will be the ones left holding the bag… But, aren’t mutual funds and ETFs common investment strategies for individual investors and retirement funds? Yes, they certainly are. Anyone invested in those mutual funds and ETFs will share a proportional risk of the default.
So, the money that you, your mom, wife’s boyfriend, or retirement plan put into the effected mutual fund or ETF will be at risk to Shitadel’s loan defaults. “In 2020, an estimated 102.5 million individual investors owned mutual funds—and at year-end 2020, these investors held 89 percent of total mutual fund assets, directly or through retirement accounts.” [[SOURCE]](https://www.icifactbook.org/21_fb_ch7.

My sister and I have always had the whole ‘twin-tuition’ thing going on. Our parents joked that we spoke our own secret language—one without syllables or sentences. We just understood each other, y’know?
Not gonna lie, our ‘link’ came in super useful. Like during a pop quiz, Alex would pretend to stretch her neck and glance in my direction, and the look on her face would tell me: what did you get for number 4?
And then I’d raise an eyebrow. I put ‘B’, but I’m not 100% sure.
This other time, when we were out with a group of friends at the bowling alley, she scratched her nose, which was her way of saying: Allie, that Tyler guy in your lane is super cute, ask him out!
Then I curled my bottom lip. No way, his man bun smells like cheese!
There were times I hated being a twin, like when we had to put up with dirty jokes or got treated like one person. I mean, okay, we looked identical, but there were SOME differences; arts and crafts were my jam whereas she was always the sporty one. Overall, though, I loved having her as a sister. And I loved our special bond.
But today, that bond just sort of…vanished.
It started with a premonition. We both got those anytime something bad happened. Like once, out of nowhere, Alex ran into the lounge and told our parents, “Allie just hurt herself.” And at that exact moment, more than six miles away, I’d stepped into a ditch and rolled my ankle. This other time, a voice in the back of my mind told me Alex needed me, and I called her before her asshole ex could even finish dumping her.
But this latest premonition was worse than all those others combined. It started with the taste of bile in the back of my throat, then images of hands closing around Alex’s neck swirled through my mind. I watched her face turn lobster red as her eyeballs rotated outward. I could almost hear her choked screams.
When she didn’t answer her phone, there was this overwhelming, almost dizzying need to hold her—to make sure she was safe—so I raced home, charged up the stairs, and burst into our room.
Alex, who was crouched alongside our bunk beds, casually stood and said, “Hey.”
That confused me. I threw my arms around her and said, “Please, please tell me you’re okay?”
She screwed up her face and shrugged me off, in a very unAlex-like way. “Why wouldn’t I be?”
I kept my eyes fixated on her, my body still rigid and shaking. “I got this feeling like you were in trouble.”
“Nope. False alarm.”

The irregular family unit followed Choco into the lounge area. Lopez carried the cake, Alex took care of plates and cutlery, and Choco pointed Britney to his briefcase. “Grab that, kiddo.” The blonde picked up the case and as the Erinal began fiddling with their large viewscreen, she popped it open to help herself to one of the chocolates inside.
Upon seeing this, Alex immediately spoke up. “Hey, how did you get that open?”
While Britney pointed to the bio-scanner pad on the front and wiggled her thumb, Choco laughed. “Told you,” he said, nodding at the smiling child with her mouth full of chocolate, “we have a deal.”
“Just be glad she didn’t lick it,” Lopez said with a look of disgust.
As he continued to get nothing but unfavourable looks from the adults, Choco walked over to the case, hitting some hidden buttons and smoothly removing the fake interior with its sugary filling. With a showman's flair, he revealed a host of small devices, plus a slender dagger, small pistol, and assortment of sealed pouches that had previously been hidden. "Everyone gets distracted by the chocolate," he said with a chuckle.
Britney went to help herself to another candy, but Lopez took it from her and placed it back with the rest in the fake suitcase lining. “Enough, you have cake to eat.”
The case’s owner shrugged, passing Britney a fistful of candy. “I don’t mind. I did raid her stash.”
“In that case,” Alex said, reaching out to help herself as well. But Choco, having retrieved what he needed, slammed the case shut. Her fingers were almost caught in the suitcase, and she couldn't help but cry out "Hey!"
“My deal’s with Britney.” The Erinal wagged a finger at her. “No treats for snitches.”
Alex smiled, deciding to switch tactics and attempt to win her niece over. “You’ll share with me, right?”
“Nope,” Britney happily announced. “Snitches can eat dad’s protein bars.”
“Great lesson,” Lopez muttered as she started placing candles in the cake. “Teach the kid prison rules.”
Choco laughed. “We’re not shanking her. Unless she tries to swipe our candy, right?” He winked at Britney who nodded enthusiastically, chewing on half a Snickers. Then he got down to task. “Alright, we have to make this quick. Don’t want anyone getting wise to our work

This past year I attempted to do the same but the lack of preparation meant I was bogged down finding and waiting for books. Below is my reading list I have compiled as several people have mentioned they were interest.
Facts
It contains 520ish books with two countries I still need to find something for. 40% are female, 55% are male, and 5% are by various authors. There is a mixture of fiction and non-fiction. It includes everything from memoirs, cookbooks, histories, anthologies, legends, folkstories, poetry, plays, fantasy, romance, chick-lit, and scifi. The bulk is literary fiction.
Methodology
I started with the books I owned that I haven't read or wish to reread. I then looked through my TBR list on goodreads and reassigned those. From there I looked up my favorite authors on https://www.literature-map.com/, and included other authors similar to my favorites. From there I googled each country for their top 1-2 most popular authors. I finished with suggestions from reddit (including the country threads on r/books) and the amazing https://ayearofreadingtheworld.com/thelist/ . Authors with unlisted titles are because I was not able to find a copy of any book by the author at my library or for purchase (<7$) secondhand. These will need to be ILL and I’ll be deciding on the exact title when I apply for the loan.

Besties, I’d never lie to you. I think this chapter really highlights the fact that this is a Bravo sanctioned, Andy Cohen published book that—even if it’s dumb or minute—has an agenda to push. I’m not a stan of anyone—I love and hate each woman for the character that they are currently presenting on my screen in that episode. That being said, I was surprised that some of the main players in each storyline weren’t always featured, even though they participated in the book. Example: LVP was not quoted, I think, at all for puppygate, and there wasn’t a mention that she didn’t want to talk about the topic like there had been for other ladies in other cities. There was also some tidbits that were left out that we, the fan base, have already had confirmed by various players. So, IDK. I told Husband that this chapter was as fascinatingly frustrating as I’ve found the last few seasons as a viewer.
I’m blacking out the part about Taylor’s S2 story because I’ve never experienced something like that, and it always churns my stomach. I don’t want to inadvertently upset anyone who that has happened to but still wants to know the rest of the chapter.
Repeat: There's a lot of info in each chapter, but I tried my best to keep out anything repetitive or something that is more considered common knowledge. Each chapter will get its own post because there's soooo much in some of them. I'm planning on going in order but spacing them out so as to not clog the daily feed. Also, I took notes on my phone while I read, so some names are shortened in bullet points after first mention, and if something is messed up in formatting or misspelled, I'm super sorry. Anything in quotes is straight from the book! I tried to leave my actual thoughts out of this.

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
