His first act was getting his “Golden Rule” amended into the constitution, stating “Treat others as you would like others to treat you (positive or directive form) Do not treat others in ways that you would not like to be treated (negative or prohibitive form) What you wish upon others, you wish upon yourself (empathetic or responsive form)”
Jones created a tripartisan coalition with Workingmen & Bucktail with his golden rule, being praised among a large majority of the populous
Jones created a department of education, department of union workers, & reformed the police department
Jones began a series of welfare reforms, which were passed with the support of all three parties due to Jones’ pragmatic leftism. However, he became disliked by many Progressive Conservatives of the Conservative faction.
Jones signed into law a land value tax bill, passed with Bucktail support, greatly improving the economy.
Jones passed “The Golden Deal,” greatly reforming municipal government.

Jones oversaw the establishment of many European republics in Europe, such as Hungary, Germany, Galicia (which merged into Poland,) Serbia, and more. - Most Germans didn’t appreciate the new republic; historically speaking, Germany was a monarchist civilization.
Frederic Wilhem, who led the revolution was a popular choice to become a monarch. The republic was pressured and following an election victory from the Royalists, a new constitution was released. It would form a parliament but give Frederic Wilhem the throne.
The monarch would have the power to propose bills but needed parliament's consent, and could also veto bills, but they can be overridden with a 2/3rd majority in parliament. The monarch also decides the prime minister.
