I remember Glen Waverley used to be a meh suburb in the late 1990s and early 2000s. But it seems nowadays it is a very sought after blue chip suburb. What happened in Glen Waverley that caused it to be so desirable now?

I might be renting down that road for work but when I googled the road it came up with some not so nice articles, they were from a few years ago to be fair, does anyone know how dodgy this road/area is to live on? Thanks in advance!
From 11.59pm tonight until at least 11.59pm on Friday 2 July, residents of,Β or people whose usual place of work is inΒ Woolhara, Waverley,Β Randwick and the City of Sydney must stay at home unless it is for an essential reason:
The reasons you may leave your home include:
- Shopping for food or other essential goods and services;
- Medical care or compassionate needs;
- Exercise outdoors in groups of 10 or fewer;
- Essential work, or education, where you cannot work or study from home.
We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, however we need to take these steps now to get on top of this outbreak.
People should only enter the four LGAs for essential purposes
This rule will be in place for a week.
Exceptions allow intimate partner visits within these four LGAs as well as vaccinations.
Only businesses that provide essential food and services will remain open, others will close
All the existing settingsΒ NSW have in place for Greater Sydney, every singleΒ setting we have in place will now beΒ extended until Friday midnight nextΒ week.

Hi! I've been looking into Waverley's large (A5) journals and would like a clear cover to protect the cloth. Unfortunately, the only dimensions I can find are for the paper itself, not the exterior.
