Over the past few days, I have thought a lot about the companies I supported and the drama they caused to their brand. Yesterday, I read about the Juvia's Place debacle here and I am disgusted. Last week I learned about the Ofra mess. I have three palettes from JP and two items from Ofra and I don't feel good about using their products on my face after learning about the scandals.
I am considering tossing the items, but I feel that is wasteful. I don't want to give them away either. What do you do with the items from brands you no longer what to support? Do you continue to use the items, but not spend more money on the brands? Do you give, sell, or throw away the items?

Do you know what absolutely pisses me off? I don't do drugs I barely drink. I mean maybe weed but let's be reasonable here and nobody really considers weed a drug anymore. I smoke some maybe around once a month just to relax and get my nerves under control. Yet, for some reason I'm treated like I'm a homeless loser. I have trouble keeping a job because nobody wants to keep me online enough.
Now is it my fault? Sometimes. The reason I get myself fired is because I stand up to management and tell them that things are messed up and we need to clean things up and they don't like that. Management wants things to be done like they've always been done. One of those things where if it's not broke don't fix it. Well maybe have you ever thought that if you want this place to actually look better and have a better experience maybe we should do something about it?
I don't get into fights. I don't pursue violence in any fashion. I don't like being argumentative. People think that I like being argumentative but that's not the case. When I have a point I want to prove it. When I have a point I want to talk about it. And I think that's why people don't like it. People think I'm arguing. No. If anything, I just want to talk. I love a well-rounded discussion. If you can give me a paragraph or a couple explaining your point as to why you're right I'll sit down and listen to it.
Now I know that that argument could easily be used against me saying like well what about someone like Charles Manson? What about Hitler? Well that's a good point too. I could sit down with them and ask why do you think your Jesus Christ or why do you think that your logically right in every aspect? Yet here we are. I'm willing to sit down and talk to people about how to change in fixed perspectives yet nobody ever wants to.
I'm 29 years old and in less than 2 and 1/2 weeks I'm going to be 30 years old. I'll have some shitty job somewhere that I'm not going to want to work for too long making maybe $12 an hour.
