A list of puns related to "Type Of Business Entity"
Looking into starting an RV & Boat detailing business soon.
I rarely see detailing businesses listed as LLCβs. Curious what they are forming as. Any advice is appreciated!
I'm starting a wholesaling company to sell a product that I invented and will be adding skus as the business grows. Right now I have an LLC but as the business grows would it make more sense to turn it into a C corporation from a tax perspective? Once the company starts to make $80251 and I file my tax return jointly I'll be in the 22% tax bracket where the corporate tax rate is 21%. As my company starts to generate more revenue my tax rate will increase where the corporate tax rate will remain at 21%. For the first year or two I'm going to operate as an LLC but as I grow what are the benefits for switching over to a C-Corp, or maybe changing my LLC to be taxed as a C-Corp? I'm trying to figure out the correct way to think about this.
My LLC is registered in NJ and our state income tax rate is 5.53% for our income level.
I'm thinking in the long run a C corporate tax structure would make the most sense as I can pay salaries out at the regular tax rate but the business income will be tax at a lower rate.
At some point in the future I'm going to have an accountant look at this but I'm just trying to get educated on the subject prior to that conversation.
Thanks in advance for your input and insight!
Hi guys. I've been selling on ebay for a few months now as a side hobby and made some decent profit from flipping used clothing / gadgets from thrift stores and cheap sales. I would definitely consider myself a beginner but have been learning a lot in the past few months.
I want to take this side hobby more seriously and am considering registering as a legitimate business. I've read a bit about starting sole proprietorship and LLC's but would like to know your opinions on registering a legal business entity for your Ebay business. Is it too early to register for one? Do I have to make a certain amount of profit? Anything helps!
PS - I live in Massachusetts if that matters!
What type of entity can a lawyer and a licensed financial advisor form to start a business together? For example, to start a firm that jointly addresses clients' estate planning and financial planning needs.
Some advice I have gotten is that NY prohibits non-lawyers from owning any part of a law firm or entity providing legal services, so it can't be a single entity. It would need to be two entities that have some kind of referral relationship that isn't mandatory when using one or the other.
Can anyone tell me more about what specifically this arrangement would entail?
DBA, LLC, S Corp, some other set that works for you?
I am interested in real estate as a buy and hold inventor. Currently I'm in the "education" phase and trying to learn as much as I can before I dive in. One question that I can't seem to find a good answer for is what business structure do you use to purchase real estate? I.e. an LLC? a C-corporation? a S-corporation? Trust?
Also, are there tax advantages or disadvantages to any of these?
When I traversed as deep into dmt land as I ever have several months ago, I would see insect entities in the dome where they resided. I felt like I was watching them from slightly above this house shaped place, the walls of which were flashing geometric colors, ever-changing. I found these insects to move very quickly, seemed many of them were sweeping their home, very hard at work ππ
Ive seen other bizarre creatures as well, usually resembling other insects or reptiles/amphibians. I remember one of the deepest experiences I had I all of a sudden found myself hovering over another home, this time of an amphibian family, who were shocked I found them, and seemed to aggressively screech at my presence.
My most recent trip I had several weeks ago, where I was testing my volt with not much spice at all, and when I closed my eyes and let go I was in a futuristic dome where I saw various alien/insect entities, one of which was a mad scientist looking human with electroshocked hair, riding a bike and smiling ππ
What entities etc. has everyone here seen?
Hi all! I'm in the process of updating my mod to 1.17.x and I'm having some trouble with a change to MC's code since 1.16.x.
Given a World, I need a list of all Block Entities of a particular type, whether loaded by current chunks or not.
In the last version, I was able to do something like this to fetch all Block Entities of a particular type in a given World, whether the Block Entities were loaded or not.
However, in 1.17.x, World
no longer has any blockEntities
data member, so this approach no longer works.
One way I've tried to approach this is to keep a list of the Block Entities whenever they're ticked on the Server. This works, but only for the Block Entities which have been in loaded chunks during the current session.
Should I use something like Cardinal Components to make this list persistent across sessions? Or is there another approach which doesn't require me integrating another new dependency & storing arbitrary data?
Thanks in advance!
ik the entity makes the killers really strong and gives them all these powers. i was thinking does the entity make the survivors sustain more stuff? because itβs confusing how they can spend the whole game injured from being stabbed by pyramid heads huge knife and not bleed to death on the spot
I enjoy starting businesses and trying new ideas. I am a software developer by trade, but am also running the following small-businesses:
While I have not run into tax or other significant problems yet, I plan on focusing a good deal of 2016 on business and idea development, so I'd like to have this sorted out.
The question is not so much "should I be a SP or LLC", but more of a question about should I have all my ventures under one umbrella, or should I break them out? Or perhaps have some related ventures under the same entity and others not. When I filed for a sales tax permit (Texas) it wanted me to categorize my business, I basically just picked one that mildly resembles everything I do.
Most of my work is tech related, though not always i.e. manufacturing and yet another idea I have coming. That's where I start to get confused on how I should structure. I think it would be nice to have everything under one umbrella, unless I am unlighted otherwise, something like Alphabet/Google comes to mind, but obviously not on that scale.
Edit 1: From some questions in the comments. I don't have investors or partners. None of my operations have employees, however, I do use 1099 contractors from time to time. Office space is in a co-op shared worked environment, no lease. Storage for manufactured goods is my garage, which is sufficient for now. Its basically me, with contracted help as I need it. I am fortunate to have a regular job where I can leave the office by 2:30 in the afternoon and work on my businesses from then on.

HI all. I had a strong emotional release in the past year, during the which I started to experience extrasensory perceptions. I see moving forms in space, and sometimes feel caresses and tinglings on the skin. I would like to understand what is going on, what are those forms? who is there?
From what I know it could be a thought-form/elemental, an eggregore, or even a spirit of a dead person. Sometimes it seems sage like a spirit guide, other times he's a jerk, other times annoying and scary, perhaps it's a different entity every time.
How to know what is that? Do I have to communicate/interact or better ignore?
How to behave and to protect myself from unwanted energies? Any recommended books or videos? How to learn and grow this abilities to help myself and others? Sorry for the many questions but I'm curious and I want to understand... Thank you!

I would like to display all entities of type device_tracker and their current states in Lovelace. What is a good way to do this?
