Before the little dip caused by the new virus strain panic yesterday, metaverse tokens like MANA, SAND or RPG were going ballistic. And I just learned about a new Ethereum improvement proposal (EIP-4469) that could, in my opinion, absolutely turbocharge the growth of those tokens in the next few months.
You see, metaverse tokens have a big problem right now : they are not easily convertible outside their specific universe. They use the ERC1155 standard, which works pretty well for it's intended purpose (proof of ownership), but is not designed with interoperability in mind. That means that you can't easily swap, lend or liquidate them ; you need to swap it for an intermediary token, then to ETH, then to another token. All of this is very inefficient, and the gas fees can add up fast.
But here's a fantastic news : if EIP-4469 is adopted, metaverse assets could be wrapped into the most widely used ERC20 standard.
This could be a huge news in retrospect. Just as wrapped Bitcoin proved useful, the standardisation of metaverse tokens could turbocharge the market. Imagine if you were able to sell an item you collected in a game on a L2 DEX, for a gas fee 90% lower than on L1. And even better : as all metaverse tokens would respect the same standard, you could swap items from different game/universes. I believe this is a big step forward for mass adoption.

I have a cool animated graphic that appears when I plug in my phone to a QC charger, Moto original and third party. I can't find anything about it on Moto forums. It appears for about 10 seconds after plug in, waves like wine in a glass, shows the percentage in large figures. Then it disappears, and can only be got back by unplugging and plugging back in. I'd like to have it permanently so I really know if my phone is on turbocharge, not just slow charging. Any clues where I can access this graphic? I'll add a screenshot if I can work out how!

I have a 1998 SeaDoo GTX LTD with the 951cc. I was wondering where to find high performance air intake filters for my SeaDoo to get a power boost, but that led me to wondering if you could theoretically turbocharge a 2 Stroke SeaDoo, and how hard it would be. are there any other ways I could gain power too?
