A list of puns related to "Traditional Chinese"
personally i have once tried to recreate a hanfu with the cb bodice, but ended up making a qipao instead, but i’ve seen other people pull it off. i’ve been told it was a yukata (please correct me if i’m wrong), and that it’s not “traditional” so therefore it’s not that offensive, but to other people apparently it’s mocking (because of japan and china’s history) and it’s not a good idea to mix the two. but according to this logic, then it would be offensive for other countries like singapore, malaysia, phillipines, hong kong (not a country but still) to use it for their traditional outfits as well. but that kinda defeats the point since the devs already did mix the two (china and japan) by using chinese hairpins in the set. its kinda like saying how you can’t use december dream’s hat because it resembles a russian hat. anyways, opinions on it?
It seems like the big crutch most anti-vax are on is how they aren't comfortable with this mRNA vaccine. Since it's a new technology, it allows for all sorts of conspiracies to bloom. Do you think they'd still hold onto it so much if they could get a traditional vaccine with dead Covid cells? Or at this point, has it just become so much about identity that they rather risk it no matter what?
