PSA: If you're setting up your new printer and having trouble with the test print, check that there is only one set screw on top of the build plate and not two.
Got my printer yesterday and noticed the build plate was still wobbly after leveling but thought that was normal. Turns out I installed a set screw but there was already one in there so the one I installed wasn't doing anything.
