A list of puns related to "Tencent"
Here are some of the relevant games to us gachaers:
So, some of you reading this mightve already played the new sanhok mode or atleast heard or watched a video about it. Kong gives out a crystal which enha your movement speed and jump.
You might be thinking, how is this an issue for me and some others to be posting about this. There are several issues with this mode.
Firstly, this mode enables hackers to be playing the game while blending in with the rest of the normal players. Its will definitely be hard to identify who is whom and will prove troublesome. I've seen people post videos with notes saying "I am not a hacker, this is the new sanhok game mode". Now hear me out, a hacker might just start creating content with the same notes and blend in easily.
Another big problem is the report system. There is no doubt that the number of reports are going to be increasing. We've all seen the numerous posts of people being falsly banned for absolutely no reason. And 97% of the current reports that we get to review are reports people make when they get salty after they die. Does not mean hackers do not show up. The thing is us reviewers are going to be extremely confused to decide whether the reported person was hacking or actually using Crystal's thus increasing false bans.
Dont get me wrong. I like this update and the entire event itself. I'm just kinda furious at the fact that this mode was even approved. All I'm asking is for tencent to think twice about what might happen before releasing future gamemodes. 99% sure there will be posts about people getting false banned because if this mode.
Sorry this was a bit too long but I had to get this out here.
I honestly canโt take it anymore, Iโve been on edge lately with how TENCENT/ WAJIJIWA TREATS INTO1 but after seeing the dorms Iโm really pushed to my limits in patience and Iโm going to rant my heart out here.
Here are several problems I have with WAJIJIWAโs treatment with INTO1:
>OVERWORKING
First things first, it is very evident in the previous posts that the boys are obviously tired. Like after the debut night they were automatically brought to a press conference (which was inevitable) but they shouldโve given them atleast some seats to sit on or fed them food before the conference, Lin Mo had to literally sir down because his back was hurting during the press con. And during the dinner it was very obvious that they were tired and hungry like Lin Mo legit didnโt even care about appearances he was just munching on the chicken. (I know it became a meme but he legit looked tired and hungry).
On the first vlog, you can tell they werenโt able to sleep much but they had to pack up early and get styled so that they can say their farewell to the dorm.
Their schedules are packed (especially Liu Yuโs he legit already had gone to so many flights during the first week of debut) while having a lot of schedules for the group is good, but I really worry for their health.
Also! On the second vlog, the members specifically mentioned that they havenโt been able to sleep for two days. While they were being their usual funny selves you can definitely tell most of them were out of it because they were tired. AK even said that he couldnโt even remember what has happened (that may be due to shock but at the same he was probably tired too)
THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THAT TRIGGERED THE HELL OUT OF ME
>LACK OF SECURITY
Like bruh, have you seen the recent videos ? The boys were literally swarmed by fans and cameras being shoved at them without proper security!
Like the boys had to protect each other, like Patrick came out alone with no guards or staff whatsoever and after that Patrick was literally telling a fan to be careful because she almost bumped into Keyu and Keyu literally holding Liu Yuโs back to protect him from the swarm of fans. Jiayuan could barely make it to the car. MIKA WAS BEING SWARMED AS WELL AS SANTA, RIKI, and LIN MO
There was even this one video that a fan almost got in the freaking car they were supposed ride!
Like hiring some security and putting up some sort of barricades could surely be easy to do right?(TENCENT / WAJIJIWA IS SUPPOSED TO

In terms of the sacrificial lambs:
Tencent Music Entertainment is a company that develops music streaming services for the Chinese market. After dropping over 30% in March and slowly bleeding off since, I believe it's in the perfect spot to make back a large amount of that loss.
On March 24th the SEC announced that they would be taking steps to enforce stricter financial oversight of foreign-owned companies. This meant that violators could be delisted from US exchanges. Being a Chinese company, fears of delisting caused the stock to plummet.
The following Sunday, Tencent Music announced a 1 Billion dollar buyback amid the selloff. The stock continued to decline into the first few weeks of April.
However on April 21th things began to turn around.
Technical Analysis:

TME closed at 19.44 today off the back of 5 straight green days. Today it finally crossed the 200 MA which should provide strong support when moving higher.
Looking up at the RSI we see a sharp bounce off 30 coinciding with the rise in share price. This still has plenty of room to climb as its only at 44 right now. This is bullish for sure, showing a strong upward trend and the stock rejecting being 'oversold'.
Looking down now at the MACD crossing over the signal line again coinciding with the rise in share price. And just like with the RSI the MACD is low right now providing lots of room to grow. This again is bullish as the crossing of the signal line can be the start of a bigger move. We can further see this with the MACD histogram beginning to rise.
Fundamental Analysis:
The key to this stocks strong fundamentals is that the reason it dropped doesn't have anything to do with why the stock dropped in March. It dropped over fears of a potential delisting, but this seemed to be an overreaction. Now that fears have died down, the strong fundamentals of this stock can drive its price back upward.
Tencent Music is a joint venture between Spotify and Tencent, both large and successful companies in their own right. They create a strong partnership where Spotify provides the music expertise, and Tencent helps them navigate the Chinese market.

They will use it to grow with their platforms for crypto, shares and CFD's. Bux already has 500k+ active users, but their crypto platform is still relatively new. Bux got an official crypto license from the Dutch Authorities just last month. Bux has a big chance of becoming the biggest crypto broker of Europe.
Bux has their own utility token, the Bux Token. It is on the Binance Smart Chain and now only has a market cap of around 30 million. Links:

Tencent may be about to acquire Take Two Interactive.
EDIT UPDATE:
This is not a rumour based on solely this Tweet, people in the know in the Rockstar community have been talking about some form of an acquisition for months:
https://i.imgur.com/ajodKK8.png
Also, Tencent has acquired Klei Entertainment as of yesterday, however that acquisition is unrelated to the BIG one yet to come.
Klei Entertainment is unrelated to the big takeover:
"Just to note. This isnโt related to the money Tencent was confirmed to be raising yesterday."

EDIT: Reading a lot of confusion in the comments about TTWO not wanting to go through:To explain this briefly, this is called a hostile takeover, Tencent can absolutely pursue Take Twos acquisition without the board of TTWO approving.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/h/hostiletakeover.asp
EDIT2: Reading other comments about hostile takeovers not being possible with large corporations, that's false, there are numerous examples of higher valued hostile takeover bids from foreign investors:
Kraft Foods Inc. and Cadbury PLC (valued at 46B USD
InBev and Anheuser-Busch (valued at 16.3B USD)
Original post:
TTWO market cap: 23.662B USD
Tencent market cap: 843.824B USD
Take Two Interactive, could also potentially reverse merger with Sony to avoid acquisition:

According to this Tweet, Tencent is raising billions of dollars to acquire a company:

Then, Jez Cordon made these series of Tweets:
Jez Corden: " Grand Tencent Auto hits differently for sure. "
Twitter User: "This is not about an acquisition, this is about Tencent making a GTA competitor"
Jez Corden: "is it?"
Jez Corden "we're in an era of market consolidation, expect to see many studios and publishers selling over the next couple of years "

I'd say it was. Regardless of the disappointment by some in the final vote, it was well produced, introduced us to some very interesting trainees, had solid performances. I think they took a lot of the criticism of Chuang 2020 into consideration. To me, the big difference was the mentors. Their relationship w the trainees was a lot better than the dynamic in 2020, which was super antagonistic if not toxic. I really hope they bring back Deng Chao next year. I had my doubts because he's mainly an actor but he was really the "father figure" the show needed. I initially had reservations about the significant number of int'l trainees and thought it would be "gimmicky" but it actually added a lot of variety to the show. Not opposed to them continuing that next year.

Holland-based technology investor Prosus NV has sold 2% of Tencent Holdings Ltd (0700.HK) for $14.7 billion, the Chinese gaming and social media giant said on Thursday, in the world's largest-ever block trade.
The price was a 5.5% discount to Tencent's Wednesday close of $HK629.50. The stock, which is up 10% so far this year, opened down 2.5% in Hong Kong following the news on Thursday.
"The proceeds of the sale will increase our financial flexibility, enabling us to invest in the significant growth potential we see across the group, as well as in our own stock," Prosus Chief Executive Bob van Dijk said in a statement.
