Hi guys, I need some advice on the following matter
So my girlfriend went home for some holidays before xmas to visit her family at her country and when she came back to UK she was stopped by the border police since she is still awaiting for her Pre-Settled Status and basically was sent back home.
She had all her Covid Test and Certificate of Application in regards to the Settlement Scheme, which I have read that the Certificate of Application grants you the same rights has Pre-Settled until decision is made.
To give you more insight on this one, she had applied before the deadline and the first application was decline due to lack of evidence of continuous stay in the UK. She then reapplied providing all the documentation necessary and now still awaits. Even though she hasn't got a reply yet ( due to high volume of applications. She is still chasing for it but they only say the same that will be delayed due to the reason mentioned before.)
They then pulled her aside to the waiting room where she would be interviewed by some officer.
After 8h wait, the interview is done and another long time waiting for response ( aware of the 24h custody time ) they have refused since she said she had the intention to work and live in the UK ( hence the reason of the application?? wtv) they have denied her and decided to sent her back on the next available flight, ignoring what the Certificate of Application gives you the right for, is this really OK??????
The next flight available was meant for the same country but different airport. Shouldn't you be sent to the same airport of departure, or at least, to another airport with direct flight to her departure one?????
This sounds very confusing I know, but we are still in shock since the guy also Flagged her and won't even allow her a visitor without a Visitor Visa.
Is there anything that can be done? isn't the guy really abusing his power? should I contact an Immigration Lawyer???
Please help me with this people...

So yesterday Saturday 18 between 3:00 and 5:00pm I took the route Stansted Airport - Stansted Express - Tottenham Hale - Blackhorse Road - Chewton Road and somewhere along I seem to have dropped my south american passport. Hi! Does anyone have any experience flying into Stansted airport? I am scheduled to fly in tomorrow morning from Madrid and was wondering if anyone has any recent experience with customs queues, PLF checks, etc. Also, more broadly, if there is an issue with your PLF upon arrival, will you be forced to leave? Or do they give you a chance to fix it?
Anyone else's package stuck in Stansted airport for a ridiculously long time. Tomorrow will mark 2 weeks until my p.c ended up in that shitfest. Please tell me your story down below of how Stansted has become the bane of your existence.

Does anyone know who I can contact if I need a black cab late tonight (Christmas night) to Stansted? All underground services are closed and I don’t feel comfortable solely relying on Uber/bolt/freenow considering it’s a public holiday and im in zone 4. Cheers
Hello Everyone. I will be travelling during this holiday, and I was wondering what is the best (meaning financially viable) way of getting to London Stansted Airport from Bristol. There seem to be high variations between coach services and trains, and I have gotten a bit confused as I am fairly new to the UK (questions as to which websites to check, where to get the tickets from, whether there are any beneficial memberships etc..). Would you recommend National Express? Is 20-30 GBP the normal price range for getting to London from Bristol using coach services?
Dumb question, how to pick someone in Stansted without getting ripped off.
They are arriving at 11:20pm, so public transport is really limited. I'm coming from Cambridge.
Hi all! I’m due to travel to London this Friday 3 December, and stay until Monday 6 December. I’m traveling from the EU (Hungary) and arriving at Stansted airport. I’m meeting my boyfriend there, who’s also traveling from the EU (Belgium) but arriving via Eurostar train to King’s Cross St. Pancras Station. I would like to ask if any of you knows quick PCR tests we can take in these two locations - Stansted Airport and King’s Cross St. Pancras Station. Literally the fastest possible, price point is not an issue. I just want our results to come in in a few hours so we can enjoy our stay with 2-3 hours of quarantine maximum. If not possible, I will need to cancel my trip. I see some Test to Release PCR tests at one lab in Stansted being offered with results by the end of the day, but such tests are for people who are self isolating because of symptoms and they are not the same as Day 2 Tests for people who arrive in the UK, am I correct? Any advice welcome, thanks!
