So, my husband brought a bag of this from a restaurant quite a few years ago, like he commented my wife would love this and they handed him a bag of it and told him to bring me back, and I have yet to find a true recipe for the quantities that seemed remotely close to the mix we had.
I used this stuff on everything and really really miss the flavor it brought to food. Thank you!
A friend gave me this Bulgarian salt mix. I like it a lot, I used it on a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers and it was great. But I would like to ask all the Bulgarians out there how you all use it. Any suggestions or tips? Thanks in advance!

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
