Reading primary sources from (roughly) pre-1918, it seems that in English it was common to say 'Servia' and 'Servian', rather than the modern spelling. Was this something to do with the Cyrillic letter for 'B' and its transliteration to English, or something entirely else?

Even if divided in this way, they usually work for common causes, sharing a Steller navy and the schools of arcana, trading resources and ideas with each other, and other such deals. They are the primary rival to the united Lunar Empire of their ancient enemies, the Wolf-like humanoids known as the Canis and their various Sub-species (Making it an ironic rivalry of cats and dogs). Though a deal has been struck between the two species, war nears and preparations much begin soon.

Quite honestly. His driving was a bit on the shocking side today. He's usually a pretty level headed guy and of course he has a ton of experience. But today, man. He just looked like a rookie out there at times and was driving way over his head and especially there near the end. I still like him but that was just kind of a head scratcher.
