I know the campaign wrap up episode put a neat ribbon on this absolute gift of a story, but i would love to see a bit more come from the tales of these unsung heroes. I won't use any specific examples, for fear of spoilers, but there are SO many opportunities to follow up on these characters and their lives after the adventure. Vox Machina Origins was fantastic because we came in late to the campaign; with the Mighty Nein, we learned so much about where they came from, and we saw the origins of their group; let's see some post-credits scenes!

So my circuit has a resistor, capacitor and inductor all in series, and then another capacitor in parallel with everything. I'm trying to find a function for the reactance with respect to the frequency, and it's driving me crazy because I know what the graph should look like but I'm not gutting the result.

What I've been doing is treating the capacitative and inductive reactance separately - first, I find total capacitative reactance by taking the two capacitors in parallel and doing the usual parallel sum. Then from that result, I subtract the inductive reactance because it's at 180 degrees phase difference. So effectively what I've been doing is:

X = ( Xcs || Xcp ) - Xls

I feel like this should work, but the resultant function isn't giving me the right graph. Am I doing this wrong?

Ocean was the tier one skin alongside the fade outfit, and much like Zenith from season 7, she was overshadowed by her much more glowy counterpart. Seriously, think about it, both Zenith and Ocean have better base styles than Lynx and Fade, and both of them have much less bright final stages. The Ocean skin has 5 styles, the most for a tier one skin this chapter, and is the only ghost skin in the game, with all other representatives of the faction being styles. I think the Ocean skin is underrated because it offers a lot more than most tier one skins do. If you want to be a basic female outfit, Ocean does that for you and is a great substitute for the beach bomber. If you want a bright and vibrant outfit she also has that going for her in 4/5 of her styles, of which you can chose a helmet for two of them to dive in battle ready. She is also a Important story character as she is the last real leader of ghost left after the flood, and built homes for those who lost them in said flood. Overall, she’s probably the best female tier one skin since Rox , of which Ocean has a style that is reminiscent of it(helmet riptide). A 8/10 overall and a 2.5/5 on the underrated scale, with 4 meaning it’s basically forgotten.

All of the lights in this section come with a rechargeable battery and have a charger built in to the light. The battery will be a standard size you can buy online from third parties, and the charger will use USB as its power source, though some options do use a special cable. Aside from the A4, all have very good color quality compared to the average LED flashlight, improving your ability to see details. In this section, I've linked good places to buy the lights rather than the manufacturer.

First off, I love Morph’s work and am pumped for when he’s back at his incredible YouTube videos. It’s his 890 Jump video that actually made me get SC in the first place. I have loved the game so much and it’s been amazing for a first time pc gamer (despite being a 27yo male, I had to actually go buy my first desktop PC just so I could play SC). All this being said…

Why do the Origin ships suck? I know I’m going to get hate for this, but no matter how I look at it I can’t find a reason to get an Origin ship other than just to have one.

Yes they have the most incredible interiors, butter smooth flight characteristics, and sleek profiles in space, but otherwise they lose against something else in every way. The Connie’s or the Cutlass beats them in the all around categories. The C2 beats them on Cargo, there are a handful of Anvil/Aegis ships that could outgun them easily (comparing the same class of ships), and the Razor can outrace them. Even the Avenger Titan is a better option than the 300 series as a starter if you compare them side by side. I’m not saying this with any malice. I desperately wanted to like them (since they got me into the game) but I can’t find anything that they are the best at.

Someone who has multiple ships and still uses their Origin ship regularly, please tell me what makes you like it or what you use it for. It seems to me they will be perfect for NPC taxi missions but that’s coming soon™ so what are they good at now?

I want to be a fanboy of Origin so bad. Give me a reason to be other than it’s what rich people drive.

Since the start of the pandemic, I set out to complete all the C&C games from Tiberian Dawn to Red Alert 3 on hard. I first started playing C&C with Red Alert 1 for the PS1 when I was little, then got back into the series as a teen with C&C3 (which is my favorite). That is to say, I'm a very average player with no competitive or multiplayer experience at all. Purely a casual but dedicated fan of the series.

Ranking in order of difficulty.

Here's how I would rank the mainline games in difficulty overall, from hardest (1) to easiest (15).

1. Tiberian Dawn
2. The Covert Operations
3. C&C2: Tiberian Sun (the final levels were really difficult)
4. Red Alert 1
5. Tiberian Sun: Firestorm
6. Red Alert: Counterstrike + The Aftermath.
7. Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge
8. Red Alert 2
9. Generals: Zero Hour
10. Generals
11. Red Alert 3: Uprising
12. Red Alert 3
13. C&C3: Tiberium Wars (The easiest game overall, but one brutal mission has placed this up the rank)
14. C&C3: Kane's Wrath
15. C&C: Renegade

Hardest levels in the series.

These are the missions that I personally found the most difficult in the C&C series. I may have overlooked a tactic or found some areas harder than others (and vice versa) so a few of these may seem surprising.

Command and Conquer Tiberium Wars: Kane's Tower (AKA Nod final mission).

Probably tied for the hardest mission in the entire franchise for me, despite being on the easiest base game. The level has you simultaneously defending a scrin base from an overwhelming GDI attack, whilst keeping yourself in the game and destroying 2 GDI bases. There are a few reasons I found this super difficult:

• You have to defend an enemy base, meaning your units will automatically attack your scrin ally. This also means you cannot build any defensive structures. This is by far the hardest part of the mission.
• GDI begins the mission fully teched up with an endless supply of tiberium, meaning you're immediately facing much higher skilled units and in greater quantities than you can build.
• A previous patch (1.9) I believe actually made this mission way more difficult, as the amount of tiberium you harvest is lowered and you cannot build defensive structures with cranes. This limits your ability to build and create whilst being overrun by GDI, similar to playing a brutal skirmish AI.

Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour: China 3

Battlefield 2042 - the next game in the series where we examine the major leaks and rumours prior to a game's full release. On a personal level, this is one I have been looking forward to the most. Having played Battlefield since BF2 on PC waaaaay way back, flying jets through the pipes in Kubra Dam, I have always had a soft spot for Battlefield.

2021's entry for the franchise sees the player jump just over 20 years into the future, while the game itself seems to have jumped 20 years backwards. Gone are traditional classes, the impeccable movement system that has been improved upon iteration upon iteration, and just many design choices that fans wouldn't tolerate 5 games ago cough where is my scoreboard cough.

Perhaps the only way to look forward as to why these problems exist is to look back, and perhaps some of the bigger rumours and leaks that had shown their heads during development can shine a spotlight onto what the game is today. I have my theory...and I am sure you have yours.

As the sentence above suggests, EA confirm that the next Battlefield is targeting a 2022 FY release, thanks to an earnings call. Not much else to say.

Outcome? Accurate.

May 8, 2020 - Insider Tom Henderson Hints at Modern Setting/Remaster

A now deleted Tweet from a suspended account did at one stage hint at the possibility of a remake or a time period for the new game. While the Tweet has since been deleted and I cannot find a quote of the direct Tweet, the Tweet was a response to another that asked Tom if fans of BF3 would enjoy the next Battlefield to which he responded along the lines of that fans of BF3 would be very happy with the next title.

Fans then interpret this to hint that the next game will be a remaster of Battlefield 3, to which he responds; > Elaboration - I was simply referring to the setting and direction of the next Battlefield game, not a remaster

The real question is whether he is alluding to either the setting itself being similar to Battlefield 3, or if this was our first clue to the Portal mode in 2042 bringing back Battlefield 3. Either way, he was right.

Outcome? Confirmed.
