For perspective, Japan pushes out great technology and their cities are really cool. BUT they've questionable pay, many live in really small apartments, and their work culture expects them in early and out late for little compensation.

Dear Redditors your help will be much appreciated, so my wife was under my visa, she found a job and due to some technicalities i had to cancel her visa in order for her to apply for the this new job,
the HR team sent her a job offer to sign but unfortunately after few days they informed us that her work permit application was rejected due to active labor card (she had a part time job in 2019 for a year and they just kept renewing it while we thought that her relationship with h) we canceled the labor card and waited for few days and they (HR) just sent us a new job offer and obviously this will take a few days to be sent and approved meaning post 28th the day her grace period ends
Now my question, do we have to apply for a visit visa or just wait and pay the fine for overstaying when they apply for her new visa, we sent countless emails to the HR team but they don't answer, either they don't care or they don't know

I missed a lot of little things the first time. It still feels fresh.
If the match can get canceled up to like 30 seconds in or whatever if there's a leaver, why not just wait out that whole grace period and let people rejoin. It's not unreasonable for SSDs to close and re-launch the game in a manner of seconds, and it would save people from unnecessarily losing SR/getting bans.
I'm just salty because I sat through an 11 minute queue only to get disconnected randomly in the initial spawn, just as we finished picking heroes. I closed and re-launched, and was at the menu before the first 30 seconds of my comp ban had passed, but I couldn't rejoin because the cancellation timer runs for 10 seconds, as soon as i lose connection. If the match had instead just waited out the whole 30 second grace period, I could've gotten back in and - worse case - lost maybe 10 seconds of the beginning of the match. I would prefer that over losing 50 SR, and I don't think anyone would mind in-game, over having the match be canceled and having to queue for another few minutes.
