I think a revival would be pretty effing timely next season, and would probably do the show better than it got last time. The timing was just bad, the predominantly white and privileged Broadway audience was just not ready for that, plus I think that was the year Book of Mormon was (rightfully) up for a lot of the same awards?
Like I’ve heard the soundtrack it’s really good and almost every character is just 9 black dudes. But it’s not on YouTube I couldn’t find it on iTunes what’s happening? It’s such a good musical but it’s like it doesn’t exist.
