A list of puns related to "Decatur, Alabama"
This is the officer who punched store owner Kevin Penn and broke his jaw and teeth after Penn called police because his store was being robbed.

The bolded parts of this post serve as the TL;DR portions, but if you've ever read all the way through with any of my wordy posts, please consider reading this one too.
I visited Decatur, Alabama for 4 days and during this time I trained a lot at 10th Planet Decatur/Brandon Mccaghren, and co. I am tagging this post as School Suggestion not because it's appropriate, but because I am quite literally suggesting this school to anyone that could ever make it there to become a member, or to anyone that is ever near Decatur on business that wants to train, and to everyone that could ever be near by for a training trip in any capacity.
I've traveled a LOT and trained. All over the world. East coast, west, Europe, you name it. Household names. No names. Everything. I've say this knowing the weight of the words, but 10p Decatur is the most fun I've ever had visiting another school. Easily. No debate.
I've never visited anywhere that had such a welcoming and positive energy. Everyone there from the white belts to the black belts made me feel like family, and provided me with tons of awesome training. Lots of rolls. Lots. I haven't done 4 consecutive nogi days maybe ever, and by the end I was definitely noticing an improvement in my nogi game from all the different looks that I got. Brandon encourages his students to explore, and I ran into all sorts of different styles to have to adjust to. Pressure testing your game while on the road, in 'someone else's house', with hours of consecutive rolling (I never take rest rounds) against a plethora of different styles is a great way to level up.
Brandon's philosophy of jiu-jitsu is awesome. 'I don't care how you die. You just gotta die. Why should I have to do work that hard. You do the work.' I kept hearing his mantra I heard so so much repeating in my head as I'd try to get pass his guard, only ti find myself lured into a triangle or swept. And I also say this, having felt the top pressure of many of the best our art has to offer--Brandon is top 3 (maybe higher) top pressure I've ever felt. If you wanna book this guy for a seminar, consider asking him to do one on passing or top pressure. He might have the most unique 'heavy passing' I've ever felt, and for a 19 second period of a roll (I counted), that I'll post at some point, I almost had a panic attack from the claustrophobia and the weight. Brandon and Ryan Hall are the most terrifying mounts I've
