I've been using these tires for city commuting forever, but my newest tire (only a couple months old), has been getting way more flats than I'm used to. I had back to back commutes where small pieces of glass have fine right through the center of the tread and flatted me. UGH.
Is this just my bad luck? It doesn't seem like this tire is as good as the ones I've used in the past.
Here's an album of the last two punctures - you can see the glass went straight through both times.
Has anyone compared the below tires? Any advice/opinions?
With Rene Herse I’m thinking Hurricane Ridge (42mm) up front & Steilacoom (38mm) in the back.
WTB Resolutes would be 42mm front/back.
With Pirellis I’d run Gravel M 45mm front and Gravel H 40mm back.
For the Schwalbe, I’d run 40mm front/back.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I'm looking for 700c/29er studded tires for a few of my non fat bikes. Anything less than 2.2" will do, all the way down to 30c. 45NRTH and Schwalbe have good options, but who else?
Has anyone had any experience with both the Magic mary and and assegai that can compare the two. I was wondering which one rolls faster and which one is grippier overall.
I just got *another* puncture (the third this week) on my S3 with Big Ben Plus tyres. And yes, I'm using the correct pressure (around 4.2 bar with me weighing about 100 kg).
So I'm very interested in Schwalbe's Airless system. Has anyone successfully got them put on? I'm skeptical if they fit as the largest they got are 47-622s.

Anybody else have experience with this winter tire? I'm trying to put it on my Zizzo Urbano and can't for the life of me get it to sit evenly on the rim. The wheel is true but the tire itself is so wobbly and uneven, and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do to get it right.
Any suggestions?
