I've done 153 scav raids since i'm at 6 rep and here is my stats (roubles)

Hello guys, for the science I did 153 raids since i'm at 6 karma, it's really quick about 5 mins timer and I will do a 1 minute raid on factory, running to pmc's or extracting.

I got 2.6 rep from this 153 raids but what is interesting is how much keycards i got.I got 33 keycards wich mean that keycards have 21.5% chance to spawn in your pockets as a player scav with 6+ rep.And I got in average 211645 roubles of value at the vendors from the "global stach value" that you can see as a scav on general. That mean that if you just run to extract you will get 211 600 roubles + 1 keycard 1 time out of 5.And i didnt count in my average thermals and rare keys that i got, only the npc's values.

UPDATE : Tagila wont follow you anymore on command, but you will still lose 6.5 karma if you kill him i guess so don't try guys, i won't.
Meh it was fun to have a boss following our orders :(

Slow and steady wins the roubles

I'd like to share a strategy for new players, or maybe players that don't want/enjoy running and gunning into high traffic zones. I've recently been doing this, and have found it effective, fun for me (varies by player type), and worthwhile. This isn't ratting around crab walking, or hiding in bushes. It's a slow and methodical play type:

  1. Gear up for a long raid, get a list of quests you can complete on the map, bring accessory keys of places you expect to be/go.
  2. Spawn in and just go slow. You don't need to sprint everywhere. Recently, when I've just been walking normally but not sprinting, I usually catch noises before the other player/scav and this gives me a huge tactical advantage.
  3. Make your way to the nearest good loot location, and there's a 50/50 chance it'll either be empty looted, empty UNLOOTED, or you'll roll up quiet enough to get a drop on anyone who instantly sprinted to get there.
  4. Spend 10-15 mins in your spawn area if there's enough loot/reason to keep you around. This allows all the mega chads and other players to either die, extract, or be in more predictable areas of the map looting.
  5. Casually walk (sprint in open/no cover areas) towards where your quests or ideal loot areas will be. Kill some scavs, roll up on unsuspecting PMCs, or I find unlooted PMC bodies quite often. Even unlooted scav bodies with backpacks will contain decent, sometimes amazing, loot.
  6. Staying in raid until the final 10 mins often gives you time to visit lots of places on the map and get loot that just didn't get touched.

It's not super high action most of the time, but it can be a great way to learn and feel comfortable with the game.

Ex: last night I did a Customs run using this exact strategy: Spawned at the storage yard, looted storage yard for 5 mins, went to Big Red, nobody was there, found a GPU, Diary, and Lion. Popped some scavs around the area through the upstairs window. Went across to construction, looted scav bodies for streamer loot, found a PMC body with a Tech Manual. Extracted with 10 mins left safely & with ~1.5M of loot.

LMU STANDARD COINS

The Latin Monetary Union (β€œLMU") was a monetary union in Europe established in 1865 based on coinage standards originating with Napoleon I. Officially, it included France, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Spain, Venezuela, and others. Many other countries (Russia, Finland, Poland, Serbia, etc) matched the standard and minted coins in the same denomination. It was the first 'euro' -- you can find posters identifying the coins that were official members. The LMU fell apart with the onset of WWI, but you can find several coins with the same size in the interwar period (Poland, Yugoslavia, etc) and beyond. I posted a full list of LMU gold coins here.

Finland: 20 markkaa (Nicholas II), 1913, 0.1867oz gold, UNC, **$SOLD** [KM#9] [Pic] [Video]

  • Excellent example, UNC (MS) high point details. Was considering to send it off for grading (~MS62). As anyone who grades coins knows about the subjectivity, an UNC details grade is always possible.
  • Minted under the protectorate of the Russian Empire. Last year of issue (mintage 214k). Markkaa was the Finnish currency until adopting the euro.
  • Obverse features the iconic Russian double eagle, with Roman origins. Reverse refers to the gold content of the coin (5.806 grams).

+20 million Rouble stash & 6 pack abs | The ramblings of a casual player

A few weeks into the wipe and a few flash drives later, I wanted to say something about money. Last wipe, I made a post about finishing SBIH and someone commented on my roubles, sasying

>I'm just curious, how do you people make this much money?
>
>I can pull in 200-300k profit per raid consistently if I try, but I don't know how to make tens of millions

Now, if you're already yelling the answer into your computer screen, feel free to disregard the following since money probably isn't an issue for you but if here's my take if you're interested.

Last wipe, I had accrued roughly 45mil by the time wipe hit. I never found a red keycard. I never found any keycards. I never played labs once. My k/d was below average and I turn into a dumpster fire during SHTF situations. I've said it before and I'll say it again - making & keeping money in EFT is simple. It's not always easy, but it's not complicated. Here it is:

"the rate of Money coming in" must be more than "the rate at which money is being lost".

  1. Maximize the rate of money coming in.
  2. Minimize the rate at which money is being lost

Focus on the word "rate". That's the linchpin to this whole shindig. Most money isn't made by dying 100 raids in a row and scoring it big on 1 raid - it's made by small gains raid, after raid, after raid. In my own experience, I find #2 a lot easier than #1. I'm not a hatchet runner, but I'm frequently running VPO's (the bolt and the AK) with rat rigs, a headset, mask and backpack. I rarely risk no more than 100k on loadouts. If i'm questing, I loot as I go but if I'm making money or scav running, I'm filling my backpack to the brim to help with #1.

Ok ok. What the hell do roubles have to do with six pack abs?

If you don't hit the genetic lottery, anyone with a set of abs will tell you they're made in the kitchen and over time. No one eats one salad and follows it up with 500 crunches to get abs. How miraculous it would be if you could take a pill before bed and wake up shredded. Deep down, we all know what it takes but for some reason, there's a group out there constantly looking for that overnight fix to counteract long-term bad habits. Being shredded boils down to a few things, including

  1. maximizing muscle mass
  2. minimizing fat storage

Like roubles, #1 is hard. No one wants to hit the gym or run 5 miles 4-5 times a week but eating less and eating cleaner to help #2 isn't fun either.

Here's the hack:

  • If you suck at #2, spending tim

How do you guys make your roubles?

Hey fellow self-torturers,

I hate this game as much as you, which means I also play most evenings when I can. This is my 2nd wipe, I don't think I'm completely tragic at the game, but I'm aware I'm not a fantastic giga chad. I'm level 26 currently, I have all traders at their highest currently possible rank and my hideout is also maxed at the current limits until higher levels. I survive probably 40-50% of my raids, but I am ALWAYS strapped for cash. I can start the night with around 3-4mil, play for 5-6 hours with the boys and then end up having to use F-tier gear for the remainder until my cash creeps up again. Rinse and repeat.

I don't need 100's of millions, but it would be really nice to be able to play with better guns than stock-less AK's I've picked up off Kristofz Sigarettz for the 9th time that night. How do you guys keep your cash flow steady? Are there any hideout tricks I'm missing, or any good map routes that could ensure a higher yield and survival rate?

Good luck, don't have fun!
