I have a package that has been stuck at this airport for over a week… does anyone know what’s happening

There was a post from 11mos ago, complaining about delays at the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle facility.
There were quite a few people who started commenting on that thread today with their own complaints. That thread is now Archived & locked.
I wanted to bring this topic back up, because I too am having issues with this facility - and I wanted others to have a space to update the community on their shipments.
My package hasn't moved since 5PM on 8/11. This was an anniversary gift for my wife, and I am getting increasingly worried if this package will ever arrive.
Some of the comments on the older post mentioned they have been waiting since Sept. / Oct.
Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with a scenario such as this, or this facility specifically?

what are they waitinf for now? it was being updated everyday until it had a operational delay in paris and stopped moving completely without updates for 2 days.
