A list of puns related to "Pyromancy"
Is it worth having both pyro and geo at the same time?
Bought the trilogy and want to focus on one of them in each game. Thoughts?
I just finished Dark Souls 2 with a Greatsword and Dragon's Talon on a Strength build. And I've played every other From Software game with some kind of melee weapon either quality, pure strength or pure dexterity builds (Bloodborne, Demon's Souls (PS3), DSR in this order too)
I got bored with DS2 towards the end. The bosses were extremely easy throughout especially when you can slap them for 700+ a hit. So I just want something unique to run with on my first ever DS3 run.
Are no melee builds easy to start or will they be really hard to get used to? Are they viable or does it get harder to attack bosses with certain resistances? Is running out of the blue bar an issue?
Please advice!
I told Laurentius the secret and came in through the illusionary wall to Qualags bonfire and killed Eingyi too lol. Anybody able to help me out and invade me with a Pyromancy Flame +10 to get Quelana to show up? Or are there any other ways to get her to show up I am unaware of?
Thank you!
Hi! I screwed up my Dark Souls Remastered pyromancy build by accidentally killing Laurentius and Eingyi before I reached pyro flame +10. Can anyone drop into my game and help me?
Title, basically I wanna make a pyro build but I want to know is it like ds1 where damage and such scales with how upgraded your pyro flame is? or is it like ds3 where you have to level int and fth aswell as upgrading the pyro flame for the best results?
So I wanna make a dex/faith build but I noticed I could splash 1 point into int in order to get carthus flame arc.
I mostly want to make a character based around buffs and such and i'm wondering if it's worth dipping a point into int in order to get this buff? Like let's say I was 10 int and 40 faith does the 40 faith buff the carthus flame arc spell a lot? Like how does the stat split work for pyromancies?
How do I upgrade my pyromancy flame? And specific details?
Basically I'm trying to get one trophy done for collecting all spells of each category done in each new game version. I just got pyromancies done and moved into new game, can I find all the sorcery spells in the normal locations or are they going to be different?
I've rolled through every pot and it isn't there. Maybe it spawns elsewhere in the catacombs?
Hey all,
I'm currently undertaking a playthrough of Dark Souls 3 where I intend to make a character that can cast every spell in the game. Basically a magic-only build, or at least as far as that's possible.
But I'm a little concerned about missables in this regard. I'd also like to do all of the magic NPC questlines. Is this possible or are they exclusive to one another? I recall in my original casual playthrough of DS3, >!some magic mentors died after giving them certain items, and so if you hadn't gotten their spells by then, you were out of luck. Is there a way to avoid this?!<
Are there any spells that are missable in other ways?
There's a lot of variables to this game, and while it's one of my favorite things about it, it's also a bit daunting when trying to complete certain types of playthroughs. lol
So, if any of you know and are able to help with this, it's appreciated. Thank you!
Messed up without realizing it twice, and now I cannot upgrade my pyromancy anymore. Help?
This may seem like a noob question, but I was wondering, does the pyromancy flame or parting flame have a punch that somewhat resembles 'The Suck' from Dark hand, or is it some bs that someone is doing online? I mean, I have been playing for around five years and have never seen that until TWICE this week. If it's an actual thing, could someone point out how it works?
Do faith and int need to be leveled equally or is one more important that the other? Do stats increase attacks more or does leveling the gauntlet have a bigger effect?
I saw people casting wotg and a pyromancy (can't remember which) with a weapon. How do I do this? Do I need a specific weapon? Does it change the miracle/pyromancy damage?
Here is the second chapter of the lore book using (almost) only texts and dialogs from the games. If you would like to see the first chapter, the link is below. Would love to hear your feedback!

Chapter 2
The History of Demons, Pyromancy & The Great Swamp
Even before the Age of Fire, the Witch of Izalith, one of the primeval Lords, and her daughters, wore gold-hemmed black clothing. This attire offered them strong resistance versus fire, poison, and other perils. They would go on to be known as the founders and mothers of pyromancy however, before this, they were flame witches and their wands were mediums for sorcery. Knowledge of this flame sorcery has now long since vanished.
Before the advent of pyromancy, The Witch of Izalith found a Lordβs Soul near the First Flame. She later attempted to light a flame of her own by focussing the power of this soul, but instead created a distorted being of chaos and fire. Its power formed a twisted bed of life which would become the mother and source of all demons. Even after a thousand years its power would still be more than enough to satiate the Lordvessel. Eventually this Flame of Chaos would engulf the Witch and her daughters.
Pyromancy and sorcery are said to be like oil and water, but in fact their origins can be traced to a common source. The last master of the original fire arts, the Demon Firesage, was also the first demon, before the Witch of Izalith was engulfed by Chaos, creating pyromancy. His catalyst was formed from Izalith molten rock and was imbued with fire.
The Large Flame Ember, used in ancient rites to imbue the power of fire into weapons, allowed Izalithβs weapons to become known as rare legendary weapons, the domain of the Gods. This ember could only be handled by blacksmiths knowledgeable in ancient methods. The only blacksmith known to handle it was Vamos, a skeleton blacksmith of the Catacombs. Vamos wore a helm that was partially made of gold that was believed to belong to an ancient royal line. But only Vamos would know for sure, and he shall never speak again.
With the birth of the Chaos Flame, the flame witches were at once both sorcerers and shamans. The Witch of Izalith gave birth to a son, though he was born, and continued to live, with sores that were inflamed by lava. His witch sisters gave him t
... keep reading on reddit β‘Eingyi and Laurentius both dead and my pyromancy flame is only at +5 so no Quelana in Blightown yet. Am I screwed? Or is there another option to upgrade my flame?
Iβm SL 590 trying to get to 802 with max int/fth. I like pvp but really only play it while playing coop but itβs still something I think about. I use parting flame rn because it just looks way cooler than the default flame but idk if the default is the best. Or maybe demon scar? Or is it all opinion based?
Getting my las 3 trophies need the last pyro speed and 2 more miracles and I need to go i to new game ++ to get some gestures I missed. Iβm PS4 btw
