This sucks bad for people that vape. It WILL cause increased tobacco use through price inflation and lack of availability. This bill, the USPS Shipping Equity Act, introduced to the US House of Representatives this summer, would allow the Post Office to deliver alcoholic beverages. They have been prevented from doing so by law since 1909. The bill has bipartisan support, and would help save the cash-strapped Post Office.
