So I'm getting ready to launch a digital subscription service, and I am really debating with myself in terms of the introductory pricing model. Ultimately I want to charge $9.99 a month, just can't decide the best way to get there. Here are my options.
A.) First month is free, then goes to $9.99
B.) First month is $2.99, then goes to $9.99
C.) Start straight up with a $9.99 price point
Almost every digital subscription site I have seen has some type of penetration pricing, so it has to work on some level.
Any reason not to do this?

Hi All, I have recently started a designer boutique for women's apparel. Although there are umpteen number of boutiques in this area, I still have chose this area because of 2 reasons
Now to penetrate into this saturated market, I have implemented penetration pricing strategy. I offer the best quality stitching and finishing at the lowest possible rates. In fact I charge only 60-70% of what my competitors charge.
So far I am hardly making what i am spending, but with my day job, I have saved a few bucks and can go on like this for another 6-7 months.
So I am now thinking about what would be the next step for me and if I have to increase prices, how do I do it without losing my customers.
One thing I can think about is if I maintain this same premium quality, customers would still come to me, but I was wondering if there are any other better strategies. Thank you.

Princess Auto has aerosol cans of 3-IN-ONE White Lithium Grease, Silicone Lubricant and High Performance Penetrant Spray on for half price at $3.99 in their upcoming flyer. They seem to have them on sale every couple of months.
The Sale price is effective May 25-June 6
Itβs not up on their website yet β I usually receive the flyer in the mail a few days before it starts.
The Silicone spray is great for waterproofing boots and shoes in addition to its intended purpose.
The White Lithium Grease is good for automotive hinges and latches. I use it to spray the gears in my Sears Made by Chamberlain electric garage door opener.
I was gifted a Ruger 57 for Christmas, and now I have two different boxes of ammo. Since I plan on keeping it mainly for home defense, I'm wondering which type of bullet would serve me better between FMJ or V-Max? For reference, I live in a normal suburban home in the US. Thanks for any help.

o 320 bps merchandise margin increase, more than offsetting 270 bps impact from higher freight

They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Unless you've never stepped foot in any game store, you've probably heard about Warhammer in some capacity.
Warhammer 40,000 (40k) is the tabletop wargaming behemoth produced by Games Workshop. Set in the 41st millennium, this sci-fi tabletop wargame features humanity seeing itself beset by aliens, mutants, and heretics alike. As of writing this post, the core game is currently in it's 9th edition.
Players of this game select a faction that they like, such as the super-human Space Marines - which are basically Hulk Hogan-esque manly men strapped with 400 tons of armor and given a machine gun that spits out RPG sized bullets, the alien monstrosities of the Tyranids that are very much akin to the Alien Xenomorphs or the Starcraft Zerg, or the heretical faction of Chaos that fully pledge themselves to evil 'gods' and are enthusiastic spike enjoyers.
They then conduct battles with miniatures (that are first assembled and then painted) on a table which represents the battlefield.
To say it has a vast media portfolio and presence of its universe would be an understatement. The wargames popularity has been steadily rising since it's inception of 1987 and further increasing with video games such as Space Hulk, Dawn of War, and Mechanicus, a massive collection of books detailing the lore of the setting, satirical parodies that are continually referenced, and even celebrities such as Robin Williams(RIP), Vin Diesel, Ed Sheeran, and Henry Cavil mentioning their hobby. Hell, even WWE wrestler Shayna Baszler wore 40K themed attire to a wrestling match.
Of course, there is also a decently large competitive atmosphere to the game, where people take the best army they can field and duke it out with other players in large convention halls and gaming clubs to see who can wear the least amount of deodorant whose toy soldiers reign supreme.
With ~21 different armies to pick from, featuring (at the very least) 8 units to pick from, the game has had issues with balancing these armies to put it bluntly. From what was covered on this sub already, we have the Fish of Fury, the Iron Hands Meta, and to finally, the topic of this post.

Is there an easy way to see price volatility for all or multiple items? It's tedious to evaluate each item individually.
How would you calculate daily penetration or expansion for quantities of a given item's sell orders? You have orders being fulfilled, which eats away at the layers of orders, but you also have people adding new sell orders. How do you calculate the net daily penetration/expansion in quantities available for sale?
Presumably it's some function of average order age, average unit quantity per order, and units sold per day?
How much does Jita comprise of total volume of regional units sold/bought of the Forge on average? My back of the envelope estimate is around 14-15% but curious what you all think.
EVE discloses total volume of purchases AND sales, but is there a way to determine just sales?
With the recoil/ballistic change they made this patch this caliber feels dogshit, I just reached LVL40 so had the ooportunity to try different builds and I honestly think it will be almost never used later in the wipe because:
I understand that not every caliber needs to be viable but for the future of the game this caliber have to be viable because traders are going to give more specific gear to USEC and BEARs depending on their faction, and USEC are suposed to mainly use NATO gear so M4s are suposed to be "the main weapon". If this is what 556 is going to be Im def switching faction for the next wipes because fuck that.
