A list of puns related to "Pde5 Inhibitor"
Hello there ! There is definitely an interaction between these. Ibudilast and tadalafil low dose are the ones. Ibudilast starting 10mg and will see , up to 100mg top.Tadalafil starting with 2.5mg daily and up to 5mg top. Can anyone help make a program to avoid any bad side effects ? Has anyone done this before?
Apparently too much arginine/citrulline and not enough lysine is gonna give you cold sores, and possibly make you susceptible to other viruses like shingles. And if you take PDE5 inhibitors, you are gonna have a bad time.
I know derek has mentioned that you shouldn't take viagra/cialis and gorilla mode nitric at the same time, so if you already knew this, great. I am just reminding everyone: it is not a joke. Seriously and don't take them both at the same time.
The lysine thing however, I don't believe derek has ever mentioned on his channel. I have been taking arginine and citrulline for months, getting more cold sores than usual, and just learned about lysine yesterday. Apparently arginine and citrulline can feed the replication of the virus, and deplete your lysine, which helps stop virus replication.
Hope this helped someone, be careful when it comes to your nitric oxide bros.
I know that Cialis shouldn't be mixed with nitrates like Amyl Nitrate (poppers) or other pharmaceutical Nitrates in heart medication.
However what about nitrates in pre-work outs and pump supplements?
I've gathered that the majority experience here for life-long PE sufferers is that PDE5 inhibitor alone does not increase ejaculatory latency time (ELT) (but make continuing after ejaculation much easier). But there are studies showing that vardenafil is better than sertraline, even for men without ED:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19400851/
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17725303/
I think I (and many others) have concomitant erectile dysfunction, because when the erection is stronger and more durable, I also last longer.
Vardenafil seems the best PDE5 inhibitor to use for PE purposes. Though compared to generic sildenafil, it is super expensive.
BTW, vardenafil's patent has expired, but generic vardenafil is not available, why is that?
POLL: HAVE YOU HAD SUCCESS ON PE WITH PDE5 INHIBITOR ALONE?
This is complete bro science, but every time my E2 is high / gets out of range, PDE5 Inhibitors stop working.
Does anyone know more about the connection? I couldn't find any studies on this at all, so I decided to see other people's opinions and experiences.
I am paying way to much for my viagra/cialis prescription. Can anyone help me find sources for generic. (I live in Canada)
PE complicated by minor ED here, 34 male. Have been prescribed zoloft 25mg for PE, and it does work, but makes ED worse... I am thinking about combining something like cialis 5mg daily with a delay spray e.g. stud 100... how do these options compare especially in PE complicated by ED? I would prefer a daily option e.g. cialis 5mg versus cialis on demand or sildenafil/viagra on demand. I know tadalafil is not a treatment for ED, but many report increased stamina on it. thoughts? especially compared to SSRIs as a treatment?
I am currently doing research into premature ejaculation treatments and have read reports that some PDE5 inhibitors can help to delay ejaculation, yet have also read some reports where it did not delay ejaculation but helped with confidence and sexual enjoyment. If you found that one pde5i helped to delay ejaculation, yet another did not, just vote for the one that helped.
I have regularly been using (generic versions of) Viagra and Cialis for the past three years now. I havenโt noticed any side effects so far. Does this mean Iโm unlikely to ever experience any side effects or can they suddenly occur after years of usage? Would be happy to hear how you guys cope with long term use of PDE5 inhibitors.
Is there any pharmacological evidence that daily use of any PDE5 inhibitor such as sildenafil (Viagra) has positive long-term effects on improving erectile dysfunction in males? Or does it work short-term only (hours) and that's it?
I have done some research on the topic, but it doesn't look like there has been much research conducted about it. Is there any professional pharmaceutical or medical researcher that can help us all out? I understand that PDE5 inhibitors are treatments not cures, but I just wanted to know if there is a possibility they could do good long-term based on their pharmacology.
Also, if there's another reddit that you think would be more helpful about this, please let me know about it down in the comments.
Thanks a lot!
Does anyone know the severity of oxidative stress that occurs when NO-synthase uncouples from the synthesis of NO specially with PDE5 inhibitors?
Got my "venous leak" diagnosis recently and was told my option from here on is to use ED pills for the rest of my life. The doctor seemed to suggest they wouldn't affect my health long-term.
How true is that in your experience? As a bonus, what is your regimen with these pills?
My cousin developed PSSD 8 months ago when he was put on a new SSRI. He had been using psychiatric drugs for 7-8 years prior to that. He stopped taking all the psychiatric drugs two months ago and his PSSD remains. He is becoming very upset about it.
Have any of you tried one of the PDE5 inhibitors for PSSD? The four oral PDE5 inhibitors commercially available in the U.S. are sildenafil (Viagra, Pfizer), vardenafil (Levitra and Staxyn, Bayer/GlaxoSmithKline), tadalafil (Cialis, Eli Lilly), and a more recently approved drug, avanafil (Stendra, Vivus).

My cousin wants to know if his expired PDE5 inhibitors (Cialis I think) is safe to take? Does anyone know? Been stored in a cool dry place.
I'm wondering if there are any potential contraindications when combining PDE5 inhibitors like Viagra (sildenafil), Cialis (tadalafil), and Priligy (dapotaxine) with designer drugs?
I'm considering combinations with 1,4-BDO, which I'm assuming is safe considering people often combine ED treatments with GHB.
I'm also interested in combinations with 6-APB.
Finally, I wouldn't expect any issues, but what about mixing with hallucinogens, all subtypes, from dissociatives to lysergamides and tryptamines.
Any information, even anecdotal, would be appreciated!
I've seen plenty of warnings that this combination can lead to a stroke but I can't seem to understand the mechanics behind it. If the PDE5 is a vasodilator and the stimulants are vasoconstrictors, would that then just not neutral those effects?
How would this effect lead to an increase in strokes?
Over the past few months I've lost all appetite, which has made me go from ~175 pounds down to 152 pounds. As a result though, I've started suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED) due to the lack of calories / testosterone being produced. I've never had this problem before, and my doctor wants me to try Viagra / Cialis until I get back to normal. My primary care doctor does not know enough about hemophilia to be helpful, thus why I've resorted to Reddit.
I have hemophilia Type A with a factor 8 deficiency, currently classified as moderate to severe. Does anyone know of any major health interactions that these PDE5 inhibitors could cause with someone who has Hemophilia? Also, if those are not good options (health wise) then what else would you suggest?
I would contact my hemophilia center, but all my doctors are females and I'd rather use that as a last resort.
Thanks for any input or advice.
Whenever I take cialis ( pde5 inhibitors ) I find myself more grounded and focused and less anxious . Does anyone has a scientific explanation for this ?
I had an appointment with the urologist to see what dosage and how to inject myself with it. So after he explained it, I inject myself and within 5 to 10 minutes, I was 80% hard but still not enough for pentetration in my opinion, perhaps a few strokes with my hand or with some stimulation, I would reach 100% However, was a weird sensation. The dose was 15 units, I think 1.5cc? The hardness went away like 2 hours later. May be easier for some to shave pubic area as to avoid veins and hair. I wonder why PDE5 inhibitors didn't work for me as Trimix is also a vasodilator medication. What do you guys think?
It makes things difficult for me and hard for me to plan sex with my girl friend .
Even on an empty stomach it takes a while for it to work. When it works though it makes me feel good and perform well.
I am type 2
Tadalafil is the generic form of the brand Cialisยฎ. Both medications work similarly in the body.
Cialisยฎ is a type of medication known as a PDE5 inhibitor that is used to treat erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia. It comes in several different doses and can be taken either as-needed or daily for erectile dysfunction.

I am currently doing research into premature ejaculation treatments and have read reports that some PDE5 inhibitors can help to delay ejaculation. I have also read some reports where it did not delay ejaculation yet helped with confidence and sexual enjoyment. Did you find that taking a pde5i delayed ejaculation? If yes, did a particular pde5i work better over the other? Also did you notice an a greater delay in ejaculation from taking the medicine over a longer period of time as opposed to just a one time recreational use?
