Online Dom Quite Rude&Called Me Stupid For Asking Questions About Safety/Consent/Red Flags
Female here. So this dude puts up a post on you know where, looking for female to do some CNC practices. He wrote out a long list of scenarios and I thought his post showed imagination/intelligence, and I figured I'd give it a shot. So I asked a few questions about safety/consent/location/if he was open to some of my ideas. He was abrupt in his answers and didnt really treat me with much respect or answer my questions satisfactorily. When I suggested his meanness came across as a red flag as not being an authentic Dom, he said he wasnt interested, that I asked too many questions and was wasting his time, and my asking questions was a red flag.
Then he just told me I'm an idiot and he wasnt interested.
I mean....is this how a Dom is supposed to act? I feel like, start the scene when you start the scene, and Im not into humiliation and I want to know Im safe.
And please dont tell me you are inundated with responses if you are a guy. You are not. Even if you are, be polite.

Was this dude a fake? Should he be red flagged? What's he up to to be so rude and sensitive about legitimate questions?
I get people on the internet can be mean. I just want to know if this suggests the guy is a fake. (actually in my experiences, only about 2% of people I deal with are this way, internet or real life.)

Should I use Linux instead of Windows? I heard that Firefox is better than Chrome, should I use that instead ,or use tor? I would appreciate any advice on protecting my privacy on the internet. I also recently saw a post abt Safari revealing personal info, should I just not use my iPhone to search anything up anymore?

Everyone on campus is double-vaxxed, required to wear masks and social distance, and this variant is considered to "cause less severe covid" than other variants.
This just seems like overkill precautionary measures that completely fail to take into account the tradeoff between mental health and marginal gains in safety.

I'm aware of tiktok - but tech seems to move very fast and I don't even know if snapchat is a thing anymore!

Kids are so vulnerable to online predators, scammers and bullies and need to understand how to stay safe online at a very young age. A lot of parents need guidance on what they can do. And the online world and predatory schemes change fast.
My cousin's grade school age daughter created a secret Instagram account and befriended an "adult woman". Cousin shut it down, but her husband didn't understand why this was a problem. The r/scams sub is full of people tricked into sending nude photos on Instagram, usually young men.
29M, met a woman of similar age in a dating app She lives in France, not of French descent (not sure if that matters) We are hitting it off well We've talked for about a month now and I am planning to go meet her there in about 2 months I've already booked a flight and reserved accommodation (I can refund everything and cancel at anytime)
She has sent me pictures and videos of her, voice notes, I have her on Instagram (her profile has many pictures for years) And we have been talking for hours everyday, with our conversations seeming very natural, I don't sense I'm being manipulated at all She isn't willing to video call me yet, but she has sent videos that are very context heavy
I have no doubt that this is actually her. I'm just worried about travelling alone to a foreign country to meet someone I met online.
I've heard stories of people getting kidnapped and sold for human trafficking. Beaten, raped or murdered. Used for ransom, getting my organs stolen and sold etc etc
Maybe I am paranoid, but I am very worried about me being set up for a bunch of guys to overpower and take me
Maybe she will lead me to a dark alley or a shady place etc
I have to emphasise that she has shown absolutely no signs of malice, she has been incredibly patient and understanding and kind, she seems like an absolute gem. I think she's great Also, I decided when I travelling and where I'm staying, its an 11 day trip, she never insisted or pushed for me to come to her, just asked. She also insisted she pays part of the accommodation, and said she wants to visit my country to see me too (before we made the decision of me travelling to her)
Is there anything I can do to make sure I am safe when I go there? (Or to confirm she isn't planning anything malicious)

It may be an odd question for here but I work in a warehouse and my work involves lots of standing and walking so, I am looking for comfortable safety shoes which are waterproof and can act as my go-to snow shoes. I am willing to spend around $150.
Are there any pairs that can satisfy these requirements and if so do you happen to know where can I get these in a store?
I want to go try them before purchasing them and this is the reason I am asking this question here.
Or, will I need 2 seperate pairs for the job?
