A list of puns related to "Navaho"
Staying in Minto apartments since last 3 years and in the current apartment since last 1 year. Being a longtime resident here, I am extending frustrated with the current harassment I have been facing by the service departments here. For the past 8 months there has been continuous βspecialized treatmentβ for cockroach spray. This meant packing up the entire apartment every time and we have been very cooperative for the past few months but this has become a regular affair and a nuisance now.We are working full time and it has become impossible to pack and unpack every 2 weeks for such treatments which have proved to be ineffective so far. Additionally, the notices are very short and on weekdays which requires us to stay out of the house for 8 hours. There have been multiple mails to the service departments but they all of them have been neglected with no response. All of us are completely annoyed by the frequent harassment being faced here at
The inefficient services being provided here. This only makes it difficult for the residents to continue staying here and still provide recommendations for Minto apartments.
Big poster board sign tied to their electronic sign that says βCLOSEDβ. Are they suddenly out of business? I donβt think Iβve ever seen them closed, not even on holidays. Anyone know? Iβm just nosey and want some nuggets.
Anyone? PM me!

When we first moved in ~10 years ago, it wasn't so bad. But they have since gone downhill.
We are now moving out (end of August), so we feel comfortable talking about the issues we have had.
They raise our rents above the guidelines by claiming to the Tenant Board (or whatever organization it is that allows them to do that) that they have done significant renovations. However, the renos that they have done have been to other units. The only renos that they have done to our unit was the windows about 6 years ago. When people move out, they completely gut and renovate the units before renting them out again at much higher rental prices. That is the renos that they have done for which we are paying. (Oh yeah, and they have done many, many renovations on the main rental office which has absolutely no effect on our living condition.)
The garbage is so badly mismanaged, and it smells really badly. They have put 3 large bins out in the parking lot, and they regularly are over-full, with the overflow being placed on the ground around the bins. The stench is horrific, and we have to walk by it on our way to the grocery store.
They took away our guest parking and replaced it with paid parking. They claimed it was because students from Algonquin college were parking there, but that is just a cop-out. They could have easily managed illegal parkers and had students towed, but it was easy and more money for them to make all the guest parking paid.
They don't manage the underground parking, and we have multiple times found people parked in our spot. They told us that it is our responsibility to enforce our own parking spot, but a tow truck can't even make it through the garage door to the underground lot so there is literally nothing we can do to enforce our parking. In fact, their own maintenance people were parking in our spot so frequently that we had to move to a different parking spot because they refused to manage their maintenance people. Then they screwed that up and started charging us for two parking spots, insisting that we kept the old parking spot as well.
They have now had people show up at our door twice and pressure us for entry, claiming that they have sent us notice. The first time it happened, they claimed that no notice was sent because they did not have an email address on file for us (that has since been resolved). They promised it would never happen again. Of course it did. The second time, they again insisted that they had sen

With hiking opening up again, I'm looking to potentially finally make my way to Navaho Pass around May 23rd. Does anyone here have any experience on what the snow levels are like that time of year, and what gear is required? I own an Ice Axe and Microspikes, but sadly lack snowshoes, so that would be my main concern after looking at the elevation levels at gaia.
Thank you!
This is the only book that I believe exists on the topic outside of the personal workbooks of actual medicine men and rogue sorcerers.

If anyone knows of any other related books *please* reply to this with the title and the author.
I have the opportunity to purchase a TRC-432 locally. It appears to be in good shape and includes the original box. The owner wants $50. Is it worth that and is there anything that I need to look for?
