For example, would you make the city a concrete jungle filled with skyscrapers like Hong Kong? Or would you make it a traditional European city with great scenery and architecture? Or somewhere in between? Also, where would you want such a city to be in Canada? Canada is a big country with a lot of space. So I think there's a lot of locations to choose from.

I believe I have the beginnings of it at nearly 200 pops, but I’ve seen some into the thousands before. Most “guides” are from months ago, as in pre 2.0, so I was wondering if there were any major changes I should employ. Note that I’m not going for a city into thousands, more like a few cities around the empire into nearly a thousand.

I'm basically looking to understand on a high level how megacities manage to work so efficiently and not break down with such a large population in such a small area. I'm particularly interested in Asian megacities, such as Tokyo, but if that book doesn't exist then any city is fine.
