A list of puns related to "Kozhikode District"
Current situation
As of now Kozhikode has not been hit as badly as other districts, but the roads are all submerged and some low lying areas are underwater. The Bus Stand is also submerged. Personally I only have news of Koyilandy where my family is at the moment, and they are not affected too badly besides power cuts for long durations and rising water levels(which aren't too bad as of yet)
Most trains going through Kozhikode have been diverted to Tamil Nadu as far as I know, with a few being totally canceled.
Travel to Kozhikode from southern districts seems tough since the railways along Aluva are underwater, as well as reports of roads being blocked in Thrissur. The Thrissur/Chalakudy bridge is also said to have developed cracks so you are advised not to go through there.
Private cars are having trouble on the roads with only trucks and busses being able to run with some consistency to Kozhikode.
Travel as a whole is ill advised at the moment regardless of how well you think you can manage
PLEASE STAY SAFE, AT HOME, OR AT CAMPS
