Gaijin Please: Type 143A Gepard Class fast attack craft
The Type 143A Gepard class was a class of missile bearing fast attack craft and the last one in service with the German Navy before the remaining four operational ships were decommissioned on 16 November 2016. The Ghana Navy operates two such ships.
Specifications
Displacement 390Β t (380 long tons)
Length 57.6Β m (189Β ft)
Beam 7.8Β m (25Β ft 7Β in)
Draught 2.6Β m (8Β ft 6Β in)
Propulsion 4 Γ diesel engines, totalling 13,235Β kW (17,748Β hp)
Speed 40 knots (74Β km/h; 46Β mph)
Crew 36
Armament
- 1 Γ Otobreda 76 mm gun
- 4 Γ MM38 Exocet anti-ship missiles (Optional)
- 1 Γ GDC RAM launcher, 21 cells (Highly unlikely)
- 2 Γ MG50-1 machine guns
- Mine laying capability
Where this would go
We have one Gepard in game, why not make it two? This craft is a development of the Albatros, which we have in game. The key difference between these two is that the Gepard has Exocet missiles. It also has 2 machine guns, while retaining 1 Otobreda. I see the Gepard as a counter/equivalent to Italy's Saetta P-494, If not given its missiles, I would place this at 3.7-4.0 without it's missiles, but if it has its missiles I would place it at 4.7-5.0, just because of the power of them. The introduction of the legendary Exocet missile would certainly be interesting. I do believe that balancing this presents a challenge, but I believe it could be done.

[TECH] Al-Said Class Fast Attack Craft
The current mess of missile boats and fast attack craft in the MEC navy is nearly impossible to manage, as the ships in use are from dozens of different nations and some were built over the 50 years. The Al-Said Class FAC will form the backbone of the MEC navy by being the primary missile boat that we use. Weapons from the MR and Baekje will be used in the design of the ship, assuming they let us.

[TECH]Klewang Class Fast Attack Craft
The Indonesian defence contractor North Sea Boats unveiled their X3K program to the world. A stealth trimaran filling the role of Fast Missile attack craft. However, shortly before tests were to be completed, a spark in the ship caused the whole vessel to burn down, and the project suspended indefinitely.
North Sea Boats, under order of the Indonesian government, will now resume work on this project. The resumed project will work out all kinks in the previous design, and ensure a much better vessel upon completion.
Furthermore, work will be done to make the missile launcher more flexible in terms of usable missiles.
Lastly, improvements made on the communication suite will allow it to send and receive information from other vessels in the navy better. This to ensure improved cooperation and battlefield awareness.
