Just fought him first time doing Shepard side quest, and uh... His chain lightning hurts. I use an anomaly, reaver trickster build with temp blade x2, cyclone, and slow trap. Basically melee and temp blade did not interrupt, but cyclone blade would stunkock, like it always does. I also tried dodging and couldn't. Hiding didn't work either. So whole fight I use temp blade, then stun lock when I see chain lightning, end with slow trap, rinse and repeat.
Was my fight busted? Are u JUST supposed to tank the hit?

was due an upgrade and they offered 700 for an old iPhone I never used, so figured I would give the fold a try, worse case I would just return it and get a s21. but after useing it for a couple of days i am really loving the bigger screen area, and how small it is in my pocket when closed.. It is shocking when I grab my old daily phone (a note 9) how things the screen feels now. lol
It’s bullshit! I can never get my light-heavy-heavy combo off because it’s so easy to interrupt with a light.
I have a new-to-me Eaton 5PX1500RT UPS. It appeared to work when I unboxed it, so I let it charge up.
Now that that’s done, I am not able to get any power out through any of the three load groups on the back panel. I’ve tested them primarily by moving one power cable from a Dell R530 (with dual power supplies) over to the UPS. That power supply lights its green LED when plugged into any other outlet, but does nothing when plugged into the UPS outlets. The server shows a fault, since it’s running on a single power supply. The UPS shows input but no output/load.
Even though the battery is at 100%, unplugging the unit turns it off.
I’ve gone through the manual and front panel controls for the Eaton 5PX. I don’t see anything that lets me enable what I consider to be the UPS’ primary functions of supplying and maintaining power.
Any thoughts?
Dear members of the pcmasterrace, I bought a new Smart Pro RGB 750W Bronze to support my EVGA CLC 280mm cooler and it works fine, but now whenever my A/C unit turns on my computer reboots!
I even bought a Cyberpower UPS from Costco to help, but it seems that the power draw from the A/C unit (when it starts up) is enough to kill the PC, but not enough to trip the UPS! However, I have noticed that the UPS does switch over to battery shortly after my PC dies, so it's detecting something, it's just switching over too late to save my PC.
Is my UPS broken? Any ideas?

Hey folks! I'm switching to an interruptible electric rate for my Air Conditioning. This requires a dedicated meter. I've drawn a diagram, and it's a bit simplified, but I hope it's clear enough.
Two questions:
Q1: How do I ground this new Load Center? Does it require another ground rod, or can I ground it to my main panel? They're right next to each other.
Q2: Should the neutral and ground in this new Load Center be bonded together? I know subpanels should NOT be bonded, but I'm unsure whether this should be treated as such considering the hot's are coming from meter #2, not the main panel.

Has anyone gotten a Wall Connector installed on an interruptible meter? Hopefully I'll be taking delivery of my 3 by the end of the year and when I asked my energy cooperative about incentives they gave me promotion where they would provide a free charger to EV owners who would allow them to turn off the charger when the grid is overloaded. But the project hasn't been officially announced yet and they said they didn't think the Wall Connector would allow that.
I'm wondering if there is actually a technical reason the Wall Connector won't work or if they just have incomplete information. I suppose there is also the possibility they want to control the charger via internet, not through the meter, but that wasn't mentioned.
This could help heroes who only have pressure in chains. Even though 500ms attacks are easily reactable,in order to stop the offense the enemy would have to parry the light. This would make him vulnerable to a heavy since he would miss parry timing. Blocking wouldnt be so safe. This change would also help heroes like PK, and Orochi for example, who can be shut down mostly by just blocking, allowing them to get to their chain attacks easier.
Since stun lock would be a problem in 4s and 2s, only the openers would be enhanced, while the rest would remain as they are.
What are your thoughts?
Edit: only for 500ms light openers, not the 400ms ones.
I find that when I'm having a conversation with people, especially when it's 4 or more, that I'm often interrupted or talked over. I always feel like when this happens I have to stop for a minute and listen, otherwise it's me and this other person talking at the same time. This can happen to me 3 or 4 times in a row, and I'm getting really sick of having to start over so many times, and even worse, sometimes I altogether forget what I was saying, or it's no longer relevant. It feels to me like this happens a lot more than it does to the people around me, how can I fix this?
