A list of puns related to "Hors D'œuvre"
Quincy/ pigs in a blanket
I've got a work pot-luck tomorrow and have no idea what to bring. All the basics have been covered so I can bring in anything I like basically. I have a bit of time this evening and could a bit more effort than usual.
I'm thinking more savoury than sweet. Any nice hors d'œuvre ideas? Something not too complex, relatively transportable and inexpensive.
Thanks!
It consists of a hunk of Cabot hot habanero cheddar, wrapped in a slice of hard salami, then that gets a dunk in siracha mayonnaise sauce, then all THAT goes on two ritz crackers.

So no shit, there I was on Reddit. Minding my own business when I see a cute picture of racoon that was living in an MKT. “Lol to whatever unit owns that equipment.” It was posted by old u/MasterMichael, who at the time was just starting his rise and fall on r/army. Then I noticed that it was my motorpool… Then I realized that it was my MKT… and that was when I realized that u/MasterMichael was one of my soldiers… This was an SIR to my commander, I had to explain it to my BC, and when he moved to the field feeding company I had a long discussion with his commander. I would say I blue falconed him but…

My grandmother raised me, she would always make this delicious snack and call it an hors d'oeuvre. It’s very simple. One slice of ham/bologna. Cream cheese. Pickle quarter. Smooth a layer of cream cheese onto ham/bologna. Add pickle slice. Roll like sushi. Cut into quarter inch slices. Delicious.
