This question has pribably already been asked, but what makes a good turntable a good turntable? I've heard direct-drive and ecliptic stylus's are important, but what else?

So I’m a little drunk but I gotta say how good A Game of Thrones is dawg. The passage where Ned describes how Stannis survived a siege from the Tyrells for 2 years, surviving on rats and leather totally changed my opinion of Stannis. It goes way deeper than the show could have even if the first season is a pretty loyal adaption. That is all.

It has two columns. On one side it lists symptoms of low cortisol indicating you may need to.updose

The other side has symptoms of crisis

"It was helpful to clearly see the progression on symptoms...it helps you and others around you (hello brain fog) see the earlier symptoms so you can catch it and use in time vs when you are jn crisis and need to take a big dose and maybe go to tge ER."

I don't think I am managing my low symptoms very well. Like I just learned that a sudden onset of a very black mood where you think it might be better to just die, but you normally aren't depressed nor have these thoughts can be a sign of low cortisol (it is.also a sign of a pending migraine Because if a serotonin drop)

If anyone has any graphics that help differentiate the two it would be super appreciated.

I have the one where it is a progression of a crisis, and stuff like "if you have a fever"

Also would you up dose severe widespread nerve pain to the point of rocking back and forth waiting for pain meds to kick in (usually takes 30-45 min) be something you would updose for, or is that too short an amount of time. How much HC would you updose if it were you?

Also if it were you and you were only able to. get two hours of sleep, would you updose? How much?

Im.told to updose for extreme emotions or physical stressors, and that is a very subjective term.

If you know of any good books that cover updosing I'd appreciate it.

A simple list of crisis symptoms is just not cutting it for me.
