I'e tried going to the area at multiple times of the day and reloading my game and the horse doesn't show up. Playing on PS5, does anyone know any way to fix this.

I've searched every inch of Carbonell Farm and there's no sign of any horses. I've seen others saying "The New Revolution" is a prerequisite for the horse to spawn, but I didn't think to scan any horses during that mission (why would I?!) and just got straight on the helicopter. Does the horse only spawn during that one mission and/or is my game bugged if there's no horse there afterwards?
Edit: It was there during the Knuckleball quest, which sends you to that farm as well. No idea why the guides say The New Revolution though, that was definitely not the trigger for me.
