A list of puns related to "Entrainment"
I've read a lot of great information about using light therapy to phase shift your sleep. But I can't seem to find much information about what to do after you've been waking up at your desired time for a few weeks. Do you continue to do the same procedure? (Light therapy first thing in the morning for hours).

I was reading this article, and I wondered if this is something that could be accomplished at home. I wonder if there are maybe things on youtube that are actually legit. Does anyone here have experience with entrainment for learning as discussed in the article?

Face Buck And The New Flicker Screen Rate / Mind Control Exposed by Dismantle the Central Intelligence Agency
In case you did not notice Face Buck has implemented the Gif App . This is a repetitive mind control device used with Flicker rate mind control to talk to your subconscious with out you knowing . This evil form of subliminal mind control is administering mind control and radiation remotely to your mind and body . This is heavily control by smart meters that give you cancer and are used as a soft kill / mind control device . Here are some patents and articles I have found fully confirming what Facebook is doing to step up the sadistic mind control game with Darpa and the satanic psychopathic nazi network the C.I.A. aloowed into America and protect till this day . This is also why the HD Tv world has become what it has and so quietly . The digital mind control flicker rate and subliminal messaging . This is used for what the occult call imprinting of a brain . This means to copy and insert new information and wipe the old and put in what they want with out you knowing your thoughts has been subliminally hacked changed or erased / blocked / suppressed . This is what Facebuck is doing and is at the forefront of this evil sadistic mind control system along with many other organized digital terrorist networks . Enjoy the article and knowing what is going on is the first major part in reclaiming you personal power and subconscious back . Please visit the album to read the full article .
SUBLIMINAL FLICKER Part I: Computer screens, TV's and Flicker Sensitivity
by Richard Conrad, Ph.D. Revised De. 10, 2012. Added references at end on 03/25/13.
Subliminal: below the threshold of conscious perception; inadequate to produce conscious awareness but able to evoke a response.
The light emitted from computer screens and TV's is not steady, but has flicker. This is true for all monitors, of all types. The flicker is usually invisible, at least to the conscious mind. Flicker is invisible when it consists of pulses or waves of light that repeat one after the other so rapidly that they appear to fuse together into steady light. Our flicker fusion frequency (the frequency above which we no longer consciously see flicker) ranges from about 25 to 55 Hz (Hz means times per second). Flicker fusion frequency varies with the person, with the intensity and color of the light, a

Flicker Fusion Mind Control?
19 July 2013 β James D. Honeycutt, PhD β NuTesla President
One year later, with more unanswered questions and sealed records we still donβt know why a promising neuroscience student turned into a mass murderer in Aurora, CO.
Amidst allegations of mind control and Holmes earlier experimentation with Flicker Fusion3 and Computer Programs for the same purpose, looms the question of whether or not this could be real. Can someone control your mind and force you to do things against your will? And if so, what can be done to prevent it?
One of the tools used in mind control experiments4 is known as flicker fusion. Its most common form goes back to subliminal messages flashed between frames in a movie. Our eyes have persistence of vision, which acts like short term visual memory. Instead of seeing individual movie frames, persistence of vision makes us think we are seeing fluid motion when there is none. Television has a similar trait, where the image is βtracedβ on to the display in a rapid scan; usually two full scans are interlaced 30 times a second. This gives the appearance of movement from successive static images displayed for only a fraction of a second, so the conscious mind βignoresβ the message appearing for only one frame, but the subconscious mind still registers it.
Is it possible for a message that is only flashed for a fraction of a second to even register in our mind? I learned it could with Evelyn Woodsβ Speed Reading Dynamics. In order to increase our reading speed we had to learn to let go of the habit of seeing, recognizing and then saying each word in our mind as we looked at a page. To help us realize we could simply look at a full page of words and βreadβ them in bulk, the instructor used a projector to flash a jumbled set of words on the screen too quickly to be consciously discernible. Yet we learned, and experienced firsthand the ability of the human mind to take those brief flashes of jumbled words and not only recognize them but also put them into the correct order. Even if no messages are flashed during a movie or television broadcast, the rate at which the screens refresh has been shown to entrain alpha6 brainwave activity. This level of brainwave entrainment can literally turn down your nervous system, and is the reason why it is so difficult to get someoneβs attention when they are βgluedβ to the TV. Alpha brainwaves inc

[Chronodisruption] Concussion: How blue blocking glasses can help heal your injured brain by maximizing natural melatonin by Dr. Richard L. Hansler

I do a lot of meditation, and I've been messing around lately with an Android app called Mindroid that uses isochronic tones or binaural beats synched up with strobing lights. The thing is, you have to either hold the phone up to your face, buy their glasses (expensive and for me would require shipping overseas), or use Google cardboard (really just as a means of housing the phone, there's no actual VR element to it).
I mean, I have Google cardboard, but it's not exactly comfortable. Not great having cardboard edges clawing into your face when you're trying to meditate.
And I have a Rift S. So I thought I would explore PC VR options. I've had a look through a bunch of the software in the list in this sub, especially the ones with the meditative tag, but I don't see anything that describes what I'm talking about specifically.
Does anyone know of anything like this? I'm afraid this might be too niche.
Greetings!
I would like to ask about the use of brainwave entrainment, particularly for meditation. These days one could purchase audio files that have been designed in such a way so as to induce specific states of consciousness in people, usually used during meditation. Through repeated use, one can easily anchor to this state and access it faster even when use of such technology is discontinued. I've read that people have reached states that otherwise would take decades to reach naturally.
I myself am currently using them to quickly advance in my spiritual practices. Does J have any comment on whether the use of such technologies to rapidly advance in spiritual practices to be desirable?
Some companies that produce this technology would be Holosync and iAwake. I'm sure there are many more.
I mostly lurk here, but I have an interesting anecdotal story about atypical antipsycotics effects on sleep entrainment. So before I had only heard about Abilify (aripiprazole) having an effect on circadian rythym something akin to increasing the ability of receptors in our eyes to sense light (apologies if that's an oversimplification). Well it turns out it's not just abilify, but Risperidone, that does the same thing. At least for me.
I've tracked my sleep and mood since January 1st to help get official diagnosises and better understand my body. So those are going to be below when I get a chance to edit. Where freerunning and entrainment attempts were should be notable.
You can probably see exactly where I started taking the resperidone. If not, it's around 3 weeks ago, where it basically flatlines to waking between 6:30am to 7am. An interesting thing to note is that my overall time asleep decreased significantly to around 6.5 hours from 8.5 hours.
I should note that my assumed N24 is comorbid with assumed Bipolar II. Basically on that wait a year or so list to see a psychiatrist.
I first learned about N24 in university a decade ago when trying to figure out why my sleep was awful, and realised it described me very accurately. At the time there was almost no resources, and everything indicated it was for the blind only, so assumed I had dspd for a while. Looking back, I certainly have been dealing with this since adolescence around the age 16 when it was simply blamed on staying up later and later cause of "those damn vidya games". But then I'd full cycle and be fine for a couple weeks and get the "See you just have to try harder".
Anyhow, that side note was to point out that when I was on abilify 3 years ago, I did not realise with certainty that I had N24 and it resolved it. I only found out about its effects as they happened to me, then consulted the research papers. It seemed that the research lined up with my experience. Suffice to say both abilify and resperidone have had circadian rythym stabilizing effects (in my case). When combined light therapy (dark is especially important!) and melatonin, I believe this could be an effective treatment for some people who struggle with perfect light/dark. As even 3 hours with luminettes + 4 hours dark was difficult. Currently I have only been doing dark therapy, as light therapy started phase advancing me. I'm going to start melatonin again to help stabilize sl
