Hello Satoshi Street Bets, allow me to introduce AquaGoat.
AquaGoat is more than just "the next big meme token." AquaGoat evolved from being a hype machine with no real use-cases to becoming a fully fledged community-driven project, aimed at providing value to all holders through projects, integrations, and partnerships, all while saving our world's oceans!
When AquaGoat started, it was nothing more than just a few images of swimming goats; no real use case, just a lot of hype and shilling. When I had came across AquaGoat on from randomly finding it on PooCoin, I honestly bought in for the low market cap and potential to make some money.
There was 1.4k holders when I joined. It was a very small community, but I could see how genuine everyone was. I honestly did not expect it to blow up the way it has and seeing this amount of growth in such a short amount of time has been mind-blowing. I tossed in some money, and before I knew it we hit consistent ATHs.
We have a core development team of 5 members and a moderator/admin team of 27 (these numbers may have increased, I still don’t know everyone lol), all of whom volunteered and started off as investors from the community. They came together because they believed this project has true potential to be in the mainstream and can succeed if we put in the time and effort. This project is meant to be an example of showing what being community-driven can accomplish.

Of extra particular interest is the deployment of this practice for a neurodivergent audience with assisted augmented communication (AAC). Any recommended reading or video material (including dense publications) would be appreciated, even if it's adjacent to these topics. I am a newb so feel free to point out the obvious.
My intent is to see whether some practices for story building in the software industry could transfer to help groups curate ecological perspectives through a sort of ecological story building exercise. Or failing that, to become a better empathic listener.

"How much does it really cost to build a community?" This is not easy to answer because there are many factors involved including land value, construction costs, site preparation, utilities, and so on. What can be said is the more intensively developed a given product becomes, the greater the impact upon its surrounding environment. If you want to know about the true cost of development, look beyond just the monetary value of the property itself.
In order to make some sense out of this, take a closer look at three different types of communities :
1 - One which has never existed before,
2 - Another which exists today but will soon disappear due to urban sprawl.
3 - A community which already exists within a mature forest.
These examples should give us some insight into the magnitude of the problem facing those who wish to create their own version of paradise.
Auroville obviously checks the boxes for 1 and 3.
So what is the cost?
According to those who actually live in the forest the destruction of water catchment areas will lead to the loss of over 1.2 million liters of water, that’s drinking water for over 400 people per year. A human breathes about 740 kilograms of oxygen per year, it takes about 7 trees to produce that amount of oxygen. In order to create the perfect road inside a forest community, approximately 8.4 acres of forest will have to be mowed down so we can improve our infrastructure corridor.
Some say the destruction is necessary, so who are these people willing to sacrifice their share of water and oxygen?

If plants in the desert (or just xeric ecologies) grow and die and decompose, more organic matter is added to the soil. That should eventually lead to something other than a desert growing, which allows for more evaporation and more rain and then more complex ecology right? What am i misunderstanding?? When AquaGoat started, it was nothing more than just a few images of swimming goats; no real use case, just a lot of hype and shilling. When I had came across AquaGoat on a shillpost, I honestly entered for the low market cap and potential to make a quick buck.
But when I was tapped to become a chat moderator, I had made a group chat for all the chat mods just so we could all remain on the same page. Little did I know that this would kickstart the formation of our community development team and the evolution of AquaGoat from a simple animal meme token, into an ecological project in the DeFi space.
We have a core development team of 5 members and a moderator/admin team of 27, all of whom volunteered and started off as investors from the community. We came together because we believed this project has true potential to be in the mainstream and can succeed if we put in the time and effort.
