A list of puns related to "Drink And Drive"
One of my co-worker just got fired TODAY (dec 31) for having DUI. He was a good fella but I guess stupid. Remember folks, enjoy life a bit but make sure you dont fuck up your career permanently. If you drink, make sure you have someone else who can drive you home
A golf course.
America's Pastime is a lovely way to pass the time at any age and any level of sobriety. However, many of us choose to drink.
According to a 2017 study, nearly 50% of legal age spectators drink (Fan Hospitality), and beer is the overwhelming preference for baseball fans (70%). In 2019, the Mets charged an average of $11 per beer, while the Rockies charged $3 (Statista).
Who would make our all-time libatious line-up?
Starting Pitcher: Clarence Beers
Our sudsy starter gave up 4 hits and a run in less than an inning for his cup of coffee in the big leagues, which would be necessary for the drive home (please don't drive and drink).
C: Robbie Wine
The 8th-overall pick in the 1983 Amateur draft was best left in the cellar, seeing all of 44 plate appearances in two years for the Astros in the mid-1980's.
1B: Harmon Killebrew
The Hall of Famer that split his time between first and third was the subject of many toasts during his career, especially when he won MVP in 1969.
2B: Les Hennessy
Unlike the smooth finish of the French spirit that shares his surname, Les could only muster a paltry .376 OPS in 14 games with the Tigers in 1913.
SS: Brad Miller
This versatile player has a lot to offer, including starts at every defensive position except catcher and pitcher, to go along with a career .733 OPS. He has yet to live the "High Life" of making a postseason appearance.
3B: Mike Busch
With 105 plate appearances for the Dodgers in the mid-1990's, Mike's career was more substantial than a 6-pack of the light beer that shares his last name.
OF: Goose Goslin
The Hall of Fame outfielder had an excellent 18-year career, providing top-shelf value in stints with the Senators, Tigers, and Browns.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I walked to the bar and back today. I've been walking and cabbing for awhile now, give me a fucking cookie ok.
I fucked up quite a few years ago, I was shitfaced and ran my car through a neighbors fence. The only reason my life isn't completely fucked on charges is because we lived out in the boonies and my neighbors were alchies and didn't really give a fuck about their shitty fence. A fence post could have impaled me, I could have impaled my passenger, someone could have been on the other side of where I crashed. What the fuck is wrong with me.
You know how sometimes you just randomly drop shit, or something comes flying by, or you get hit with something and you can't stop or control it? That's exactly how this happens, before you can figure it you've already crashed in to a fence, or a house, or someone is dead under your car.
fucking buzzkill here, be safe everyone.
I fucking don't care if your wife just left you. That's no excuse at all. If you think you need to drown yourself in alcohol, THEN DON'T TAKE YOUR DAMN CAR.
Congratulations on ruining peoples lifes just because you felt so sorry for yourself you couldn't follow one simple rule.
Hi all...Please be careful! Last night I went to a Christmas party. I had a few beers, followed by a few cocktails, followed by a few shots.... I still had the sense to know that I was over the limit. That's when I decided to do what I have never done before: I took a taxi home. Sure enough, there was a police check point on the way home, and since it was a cab, they waved it past. I arrived home safely without incident. This was both a great relief and a surprise because I had never driven a taxi before. I don't even know where I got it from and now that it is in my driveway, I don't know what to do with it.
When he does this, he swears he feels absolutely nothing and looks/sounds fine to me. Itβs just hard for me to imagine this because I would get drunk if I drank the same amount.
I have anxiety so itβs hard for me to tell if Iβm unnecessarily worrying. What do you think, Reddit?
