Over the 8 months I've been on this drug, I've gradually developed all this new fat and cellulite on my butt, hips, thighs, and back. I've made no other changes to my lifestyle. A quick google search reveals hundreds of similar testimonials. Plus, all of these women seem to have real trouble getting their original bodies back, even after years off the drug. It's complete bullshit that this drug doesn't cause weight gain or fluid retention. I'd like to hear people's thoughts on this, because I'm at a crossroads. It helps my hair. But at what cost?
Also, avoid alkaline substances and fruit juices.
Amphetamines must be in their protonated form to be excreted. If your urine is acidic, amphetamines leave your system faster.
Diuretics make you piss more.
This tip isn't illegal, but it's for purposes regarding illicit substances.
It seems strange to me that the two most commonly consumed mind altering drugs happen to be strong diuretics. Is there a mechanism to explain this or is it just coincidence?
At this point, I’m aware that my ED is directly tied to both my porn use and some health conditions.
I’m Type 2 diabetic- 7.3 A1C (Trulicity), high blood pressure (Lisinopril with HCTZ), high cholesterol and triglycerides (Atorvastatin and Vascepa), Vitamin D deficient (5,000 IU daily), and suffer from anxiety (prev. Lexapro- recently switched to Zoloft).
I’m not in the best overall health. 46, 230 lbs, 6’2, socially drink, no smoking except for the occasional cigar. I get cardio 2-3 days a week where my heart rate gets to 120 bpm for about 30 minutes, but work in an office so sedentary, mostly.
Sex is great as far as libido is concerned. I please her and have fun during the process. The overarching cycle in my life is- never getting hard after pleasuring her 30 times (over the course of time), eventually catches up with me- and the demons start whispering again that I’ll never overcome.
I’m trying to go off porn…my issue…with no porn, no erection- with no erection- no masturbation (unless jerk soft which is typical for me).
How do I stop the cycle of porn in my life? If I stop masturbating- will I ever get to an erection during penetrative intercourse? Timelines for those who’ve been there?
Tearing up as I type this. My wife is so supportive, but doesn’t understand how I feel. It’s like I never get true pleasure.
