A list of puns related to "Computer Telephony Integration"
Looking for a telephony service (with CRM integration) that offers unlimited outbound calls internationally with a fixed monthly fee.
I did some research and found two different companies, Aircall and Ringover that offer what I was asking. The problem is that Aircall is a bit too expensive for us right now and for Ringover, although it has good pricing plans, it doesn't allow outbound calls to Russian mobile phone numbers (only landline).
So any recommendations?
We are due to update out telephony.
Boss man is keen on Teams integration. Personally, I am a bit nervous about putting all my eggs in one basket for email and voice provider.
So I am interested in hearing about experiences, good or bad, with Phone System or Microsoft 365 Business Voice
Also I am interested in hearing about other telephony desktop integration solutions.
We will also need about a dozen non-personal departmental ('Stores', 'Dispatch') phones. What do you guys do for that? A shared line with desktop integration for each of five or six users? A physical phone? These people do not need individual extensions.
Easy movement between desks in the office and WFH is very important.
Final point we must have excellent clients for both Android and iPhone.
Thanks in advance.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I have a Gazelle C380 and a Gazelle C380+, which comes with the Bosch Purion computer, which does what it needs to , but is pretty basic. I would like to improve on as many of these limitations as possible:
I am wondering:
Hi All!
Our requirements:
- Call recording
- Reporting of call metrics
- Logs to customer's record
- Call Queue to dispo calls in the call center, both incoming and outbound call campaigns based off Salesforce reports
- Managers require the ability to monitor call center calls live, and side by side
- Call forwarding to our remote call center
- Best value for the price!
We currently use a third party VOIP system that isn't integrated with Salesforce.
Our internal call center has about 35 reps, during work hours the reps:
-Β Answer inbound calls
- Make outbound calls to customers to drive sales appointments
Thanks!
Hello! My question is pretty much as the title states. I am pretty well versed in embedded systems and the computer vision field, but I have never tried to integrate the two in a robotics context. I am interested in both land based UAVs like small cars and aerial UAVs like quadcopters. I would prefer the platform to be raspberry pi, but isnβt necessary. I also donβt mind spending some money. If there are any resources that might be more beginner but also might have the best content, I wouldnβt mind that. I can skip over anything I already know. Thanks!
I'm looking for a very simple computer logging program to run on a small Windows PC with an 11" screen that basically just does callsign lookup, gets the freq/band from the radio, and the time from the PC. I don't need a cluster window, map, awards tracking, or any other fluff.
Something like the QRZ log that also gets the freq. from the radio. Suggestions?
EDIT: After trying Log4OM2, N3FJP and N1MM, I think I'm going with N1MM and a "general log" for everyday logging. I'm not too interested in contests but the pre-defined logs will be good if I want them. I'd probably choose Log4OM2 if I was using it on a large display or multiple displays but it has too much going on for a small display.
Simple example, imagine a salesperson/call center kind of thing:
I'd like something like a always-on-top small popup window in the corner of a screen, always showing the number in use on the phone, maybe with a clickable button that automatically fires up a web browser on a URL like
https://some.random.crm/search/contactnum=whateverisactiveonthephonerightnow
Where is a good place to start looking. I have no problem writing scripts. Just not sure what to google to get started.
