hello i have 2 weeks in pending from april which is when my BYD is and refiled. i called edd and their none specialist told me since i had to refile due to BYD date there was a L.A.G time which is not payable for those 2 weeks for them to review my new application. Is this true or is she making thing up since i can't find anything that are related to what she meant lag time.
Vexaria is probably the most egregious, and the JP wiki agrees at least, saying that it's "Outstandingly difficult even in +2". Every other BYD is basically listed as in the hardest tier in its respective difficulty level, and I'm inclined to agree.
If "thumbs player btw" isn't a meme already, I feel the need to mention that since it probs factors into my opinion.

BYD shares had been on a dramatic run in 2020 since rising from only $4.52 on March 20, 2020 to a peak of $35.94 on January 24, 2021. The stock then fell almost 50 percent to its May low.
Now, the stock has regained its momentum at an exciting time for the company.
In May, the one-millionth car, the Han EV, rolled off its production line at BYD’s headquarters and manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. And the company recently announced the delivery of the first 100 European-specification BYD Tang SUVs for customers in Norway, which is part of a larger 1,500 cars slated for Norway.

In 2008, Berkshire Hathaway bet on BYD’s potential, purchasing 225 million shares for $232 million. It’s an investment that has paid off handsomely. Berkshire’s original investment of $232 million has grown in value to $5.897 billion as of December 31, 2020.

Apple Inc (AAPL.O) is in early-stage talks with China’s CATL (300750.SZ) and BYD (002594.SZ), about the supply of batteries for its planned electric vehicle, four people with knowledge of the matter said.
The discussions are subject to change and it is not clear if agreements with either CATL or BYD will be reached, said the people, who declined to be named as the discussions are private.
Apple has made building manufacturing facilities in the United States a condition for potential battery suppliers, said two of the sources.
A senior official in U.S. President Joe Biden's administration confirmed that condition on Tuesday.
My understanding is that Apple is talking about building advanced battery production factories here, here in the U.S.," Jared Bernstein, a senior White House economic adviser, told Reuters.
"That is completely consistent with what the president has talked about in terms of onshoring supply chains particularly in areas where we might grab global market share," he said.
CATL, which supplies major car makers including Tesla Inc (TSLA.O), is reluctant to build a U.S. factory due to political tensions between Washington and Beijing as well as cost concerns, the two people said.
It was not immediately clear if Apple is also talking to other battery makers.
Apple, which has yet to make a public announcement about its car plans, declined to comment. CATL, the world's biggest automotive battery maker, and BYD, the world's No. 4, also declined to comment.
Shares of BYD closed 6.5% higher in Shenzhen. CATL reversed earlier losses to finish 0.5% higher.
Apple is in favor of using lithium iron phosphate batteries that are cheaper to produce because they use iron instead of nickel and cobalt which are more expensive, the four people said.
It has been working on self-driving technology and has targeted 2024 for the production of a passenger vehicle, Reuters reported in December.
People familiar with the matter have previously said Apple's planned EV could include its own breakthrough battery technology. It was not immediately clear if the discussions with CATL and BYD involved Apple's own technology or designs.
