A list of puns related to "Brassy"
I'm wondering if there is a product (like a shampoo) that can tone down the brassy ends of brunette HH. I have some toppers I used to wear and I'm fixing them up. I would like to do something about the brassy ends.
I used to use a demi-permanent once every few months to take care of the color change (which seems to be caused by sun exposure). I don't really want to redye them though as it's a hassle. I don't have the materials anymore and the brand dye I used to use is out of business. I tried a purple shampoo for blondes but it didn't seem to do anything.
Edit: I just had the realization (duh) that maybe there is a blue shampoo instead of purple (because complimentary colors) and it appears there is. Has anyone used one they can recommend?
I'm trying to recreate this brassy lead synth in Serum, but with no luck.

Anyone know how it's done?
Been looking for the closest dupe as possible to Wallis by Butter London for yeeeaaars. It's a gold that's like, brassed out or antiqued by a greenish hue. It's so hard to find the right mix of greenish gold.
I've seen some very close matches that are also discontinued (Olive by Love & Beauty, Mother of Dragons by KL Polish). Google just wants to suggest ILNP Bishop & Highline & Mutagen and Essie High Voltage Vinyl but they're all too green and none are glittery.
Thanks!
Anyone have methods/products outside the classic blue/purple shampoo (which I hate the process of) and going back to the salon ($$$)? Curious if any Asian brands have worked on this since we have more dark hair :)
