I was thinking today and came up with this. There's a lot of old money in Boston but guess what? They're quiet about it. Hillz and her family lived in one of the richest and most beautiful neighborhoods in Boston. Even with the new money folks, there just aren't tons of people flaunting it. A grifter might hide out in the suburbs while duping folks, but I doubt she would have gotten away with it in Boston proper.

Looking for a friend group in Boston (near Beacon Hill/North End)
Hi r/BostonSocialClub, we are two sisters in our early twenties living in Beacon Hill who are looking for a group of like-minded friends. We moved here from the Midwest earlier this year but due to COVID it's been hard to make friends, especially with so much remote work/life. We like baking/cooking, music, eating out or even just taking a walk in the Common or the Esplanade. Beacon Hill or Fenway or South Boston?
Hi I'm inbetween 3 places and need help choosing since I'm new to Boston and don't know the areas very well at all or whats a good deal here. I don't have a car and will be needing to go into work 2-3x a week.
There's a small studio in Beacon Hill for around 1750 a month that will be walking distance to work water and heat included
Fenway - 30 min to work on public transit but 1650 for a 1 bedroom.
Then South Boston which is 25 minutes by bus and 1750 for a 1 bedroom. All water and heat included!
Anyone have experience living in these areas and can recommend me a spot? I work in the financial district btw

My wife is on her first ever work trip out of town. She is bored in her hotel room and she wants to go out and have some drinks but she doesn't want to go out on her own. I told her I could find her someone cool to hang out with. She has been there all week and has to stay another week
She doesn't go on reddit so I said I could post and see if anyone is free one evening this week. She went out this evening but would like to go out another time or two this week.
