What is the highest resolution a telescope/telescope array can achieve (in arcseconds) in current day technology?

I was just curious because I've read that the Hubble Space telescope can resolve upwards to 0.1 arcseconds and apparently we can resolve upwards to 0.001 arcseconds using astronomical interferometers at x-ray wavelengths.

Is this true? Can even higher resolutions (maybe <0.001 arcseconds) be achieved by simply increasing the aperture or baseline of the telescope/telescope array? If you have, lets say, an infinitely large aperture, can you get an infinitely higher resolution?

Hi !

So 2 Years ago when i was playing league i found that fun arcsecond build

- CONQ Arc Tank Ekko

Got hyped and loved it a lot, it got me to d2 west. Then one year ago he did DH variation

- DH Arc Tank Ekko

Loved it too, now after not playing in s10 cause of valorant i came back to play and found that Arc is using build that have the same base to it and now idk if i should run it on low d4 or should i wait to get higher ? it felt kinda weak but ppl underestimate it a lot and they are not prepared for me to be so tanky.

How you guys feel about it ? Did anyone try it out ?

So I tried Arcsecond's tank Ekko jungle

Well, this build is insane, even off of Iceborn gauntlet you gain so much survivability, and the damage output is still very reliable and the burst off of Runic Echoes, the life steal from ravenous hunter on top of conqueror with a spirit visage to keep healthy in team fights, 5 tank items and still the highest damage in the game.

Does anyone play Arcsecond’s Ekko jungle build?

I recently watched a Dong Huap video about Arcsecond’s (NA challenger) Ekko jungle and it was pretty intriguing since I enjoy Ekko and was looking for a secondary jungle champ. Anyway, the guy builds Runic Echoes > Abyssal/Iceborn > Iceborn/Abyssal (whichever he didn’t get earlier) > full tank (spirit visage, randuins, thornnail, etc).

I tried it out in a few ranked games (I play Ekko just not religiously) and it is completely disgusting.

Have any of you guys tried it? Any tips?

Where can one find the angular rate (apparent motion?) in arcseconds per second for NEOWISE 2020 at Earth close approach on July 23, and how this compares to Diurnal motion of the background stars (15 arcseconds per second)?
