I don't know why but this pissed me off so much.
So, I'm a college freshman and I live in the loudest part of the dorm.
My birthday was today. All day, music was blasting in the room next to me. Couldn't do anything until ten at night.
Now at night, music is still blasting. The RA comes out two times and they just keep getting louder and this EB decides to say "it's my birthday tomorrow, this is unfair".
You wanna know what's unfair? People being assholes just because it's their birthday. It was my birthday and I was wanting to get a nice quiet day but I didn't get that. I didn't expect it but I still didn't get a quiet day.

Standard Station is equal distant from LAX, many of the hotels I know fans will be staying at, and The Forum.
They seem very casual, and not too expensive for a major city bar.
I have spoken with management, they will he expecting us, and seem both enthused and happy to have us-

At last, the Cross Harbour Tunnel will be reopened tomorrow.
Before the election, the HKSAR government had been hoping to use this massive inconvenience to turn the electorate against the pro-dems. But Hongkongers are now more alert and awakened than ever to see through their bullshit, and stood firm.
As we all know, this backfired on the government and Pro-PRC parties spectacularly, and now they're forced to sheepishly re-open the tunnel. Haha.
Plus, it provides a good change of scenery for my daily cross-harbour commute. A ferry ride during autumn can be very pleasant.
Edit: Noticed a Freudian slip where I typed "inconvenience" as "convenience".

I'm throwing a HUGE Halloween party tomorrow!
I know what you are thinking: "but Tim Halloween is in October, and we are in January, I would love to have Halloween in January, but where would I find a costume at this time of the year to come to your AWESOME party?"
Well, worry not, I got you covered! Our beloved friend Todd just opened business with his "Halloween in January" shop, he got everything you might want and even more!
The party will be held at the gigantic old demi-cursed manor on the hill near the Indian pet cemetery starting at 9:30, just after the blood moon rises.
There will be plenty of food, alcohol and a lot my personal collection of mad science thingamajigs (freeze rays, lasers, doomsday devices, teleport and time machines and even more!)
There will also be a big surprise reveal at midnight, when I will uncover what's under the big canvas in the ball room with all the tesla coils over it!

I’ve found all my old memorabilia from ae’s ATP in 2003 and wondered if there might be enough interest on here for me to scan and upload some images. (Note, I did have lots of photos but lost them years ago).
Tomorrow at 9am EST there will be a post in here for a pizza party challenge. I also set it up to send on that substack thing, but I've never used it before, so who knows what it will actually do.
