made this set of coasters w/ acrylic yarn but acrylic is not water-absorbent, so i want to remake them. i read that cotton is best because it wont melt when places under hot cups & is very absorbent but the only other yarn i have right now is polyester - is polyester absorbent as well?
LPT: beach towels are better than “luxurious” bath towels for your everyday use. Beach towels are typically cheaper per set, longer, and far more absorbent. And there are more colorful options too!
