I don't know why it stopped being A. But now whenever I set it to A, the jump button becomes unset. How do I fix this?
Edit: solved it. In the in game settings, it doesn't work. In the settings in the menu before entering a game, it does work

Games been out coming up on 3 years now. Who has taken all the additions from iceborne and created the sickest 4 menu quest radial?
I've solo'd every monster, even AT, except AT Leshen and Extremoth (and KT obviously). Played hundreds of hours, including a lot of that time as SnS/HBG.
Never used the Radial Menu; hell, I'd forgotten it even existed until a tutorial reminded me of it in Iceborne. The act of fast swapping through the Item Menu "normally" is so second nature to me from playing all the other MHs I didn't even remember that World added a completely new way to do it.
I spent hours today being frustrated that none of my radial wheel customization seemed to be saving between hunts. Turns out, when you register an item set, the game also registers your entire radial wheel setup. Every time you use an item set the game WILL reset your radial wheel to exactly the way it was when you first registered the set. This leads to the immensely annoying situation of having to redo every item set any time you decide on a change to your radial wheel, it even includes what names you give to the sets you select with the d-pad. Hopefully this saves someone some frustration somewhere.
