If your definition of mistreatment is the company not giving its artists no comebacks, solo music project and no promotion from them, then Dara is probably the most mistreated artist of YG Entertainment.
Her first single, "Kiss" was released almost 12 years ago, and it was for an advertisement. And up to this day, she still hasn't released anything aside from her OST releases for her own dramas and being a featured artist. Also, YG Entertainment never promotes any of her show. From her variety shows to her musicals, she receives no support from the company except for its own artists. There is even a year where they didn't post a birthday greetings for her. Oh, and mind you, she's the only soloist of YG who isn't part of any group/duo, except for Krunk, the company's mascot.
And this is the reason why Dara amazes me for staying with YG. She's booked and busy, but again, she receives almost none of the company's support for her. It's pretty clear on how much she wants to sing again, and has been requesting for her own solo music for years, even Henry Lau asked YHS himself before, but she receives nothing.
And I have this feeling that she only stays in YG is because of its staffs (particularly the managers) and her closeness to other artists. Or probably her loyalty for YG who signed her up when her agency in the Philippines did not offer her another contract. But still, I sincerely hope that they would give her a solo comeback. Even a single album is okay.
Edit: As gmssi said from the comments, she's indeed the glue of the YG Family. She's basically the only way for most of the current and former YG artists from different generations be intact. Her very nice personality is known in the industry, the reason why she still remains friends with them.
